I bought pre owned Mercedes Gle450 in the month of may

I bought pre owned Mercedes Gle450 in the month of may from sales staff her name sopriya rai and his manager name is peter when i bought this car have some missing parts like 3rd row head rest and tyre puncture kit and ur staff told me we r ordering it and u can receive it by within a week but almost 2 months gone i never received even a call from these guys whenever i wana call to kia of Huntington phone number ur sales representative o she is offf today or they are in meeting but they never call me back i dont expect this kind of service from kia of Huntington now i felt i did a very big mistake to buy this car from this showroom i never recommend to anyone to go there who r not regards to their words.

I recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz E350 from Kia of Huntington, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care. Dimitri, the manager, was incredible to work with knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. He truly runs a top-notch team. Rommel was fantastic he was helpful, straightforward, and took the time to walk me through the details of the vehicle, making sure everything was perfect before I drove off the lot.Vincent, the finance manager, made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free. He explained all my options clearly and made sure I was getting the best terms possible.I highly recommend Kia of Huntington to anyone in the market for a vehicle, even if you’re looking for luxury brands like Mercedes. One of the worst dealerships I have ever been to.

One of the worst dealerships I have ever been to. We went twice the first time we went they said they did not have the title for the car yet, but that was only one salesperson talking point. We were about to leave disappointed but I called while I was in the car and they said the car is available and we came back but then they told us someone had put down a deposit on it. What was the point of making us come back all the way from that far for no reason and no sale. I do not understand these people. They rip you off and do not even make a profit off of it. The second time we came because I convinced my dad to give them another chance we were so close to buying the car but when we turned the car on their was so many check engine lights. My dad told them to fix it and we'll come back tomorrow to pick up the car. But then they gave us pushback about how they can fix the car today and they will have it ready. But that many engine lights fixed in a day...? Not possible. My dad asked them for proof that they actually fixed it but they did not have anything at all, they just gave us a paper signed by the manager stating that they did fix it. But come on your telling me you have no proof and then they tried to state that the car was perfectly fine its just that it was sitting on the lot for so long that the lights came up. The car was only there for a week...So please tell me how does that work? But my dad put that aside and said okay fine lets talk about the numbers, guess what these people also tried to charge an extra 3,000 dollars for a reconditioning fee. As a dealership it is your job to make sure the car is in tip-top shape before selling it to the customer. On top of that they tried to charge us extra to fix the car before selling it to us, you guys are a multi-million dollar company really? Have some shame trying to rip off a customer. Not only that but our finance manager that was assigned to us, his name was Tony he was one of the rudest people ever. He seemed nice at first but then became all passive aggressive out of nowhere when my dad said he wants to wait until tomorrow to sign and take the car. Overall, these people do not know how to run a business, and worst experience ever. Don't even try to go here it's just not worth it.

They are overly priced and false advertise on marketing

They are overly priced and false advertise on marketing sites that they use for blame it on the third-party site. The price you see will not be the price you get they poorly communicate with you. It’s like you’re begging them to take your money. they do not honor the prices that you see from advertisements

BAIT AND SWITCH.

BAIT AND SWITCH. We decided on a car. Put a deposit down. Then, I sent my husband to purchase it. He sat there in the finance department for hours. We were told we had to use KIAs finance department to avoid a $1500.00 fee. I had the insurence and all the paperwork completed. The car was $22,000. RECONDITIONING FEE $2500.00. PROCESSING FEE $700.00. And the PREP CHARGE $900.00. When all was said and done the final price of the car was $29,000! We exspected with tax to pay $24,000.00. They wanted a whopping $28,500!

In your case, the price you referenced was based on specific criteria, including financing and the exclusion of optional products. You were offered optional protection plans and services, which you expressed interest in—but later wanted included without adjusting the final price. While we certainly aim to work with every customer to find the right balance of value and protection, we cannot include additional products at no cost after the fact. On March 15th, 2025, I visited the Kia Dealership in Huntington to explore options for trading in my 2019 Kia Optima. I was initially skeptical due to past negative experiences at other dealerships, but Kia Huntington quickly erased all my concerns. I was first assisted by Ana, who was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. She took the time to address all my needs and concerns, making the process feel easy and comfortable. Thanks to her guidance, I was able to lease a 2024 Kia K4. George handled the financial portion and did an outstanding job helping me stay within my budget. I was shopping for a Kia Carnival and went to multiple

I was shopping for a Kia Carnival and went to multiple dealerships in person. I found a deal I was satisfied with but decided to call a few more dealerships and see if they could match the price. I called Kia of Huntington and spoke to Jaclyn who was very straightforward and to the point on the phone which I appreciate. She said her manager stated they would not loose a car to another dealership due to a lower price. She said to come in and they would let me know how much they could beat it by. I went to Kia of Huntington, spoke to Jaclyn and she stated they could beat the price by $5. We settled on a price of $39,995 plus tax and NO fees. She agreed and we shook hands. After two hours of paperwork (DMV plate transfer, insurance transfer, Etc.) I went to speak to George in the finance department. This is when I realized just how dishonest, shady and deceitful this dealership was. George had my 4 year finance rate at 7.17%. I am tier 1 credit with a score of 848. As per Kia's website they were offering 4 year financing at a rate of 3.9%. I asked George why my rate was so high. He stated you can't get money off the car and incentivized financing. I told him I was not buying the car and you guys are wasting everyone's time by switching terms last minute. George stated he would talk to his manager. About 3 minutes later George came back in, said he could make a special exception and give me the 3.9% finance rate. Clearly they knew I should of been given the 3.9% rate from the beginning AS ADVERTISED and tried to raise my rate by 3% last minute. There was also a $700 loan fee and $260 of DMV fees. I told George this was not the deal that was discussed with Jaclyn the sales representative two hours ago. He said this is the deal take or leave it and began to pack up my paperwork. I asked him to bring Jaclyn and his manager into the office to understand why they told me no fees when we shook hands and then were charging me $960 in fees. He refused and once again said this is the deal we can not change anything. I was in disbelief that they lied to my face, let me do all the paperwork, wait two hours, then added $960 to the price of the car as well as gave me a rate over 3% higher than advertised. Buyer beware Kia of Huntington will say and do anything to get you in the door and make you feel that you can trust them. At the end when it's time to put pen to paper they WILL change the terms (ADD 3 % TO FINANCING) and add fees (LOAN ORGINATION FEE $700, DMV FEE $260). DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE AS THEY ARE DISHONEST. I CAN ONLY IMAGINE THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE THAT DIDNT CATCH THESE CHANGES AND JUST SIGNED THE PAPERWORK. THIS IS A WELL ORGANIZED GROUP OF LIARS WHO WORK IN UNISON TO PERFORM A BAIT AND SWITCH AT THE END.
