PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW. This is the experience that you may receive if you buy or service your car here. I would recommend doing business with a dealership elsewhere that has effective customer service We dropped our car off on a Thursday for brake inspection and service. We still do not have the car back. In 2 days, it will be TWO weeks. The service voicemail box is full. No one answers calls. We finally received a text that the car was ready. When we arrived at the dealership at ~815am, no one was available to discuss the situation with the car. The service manager had a line. Dealership and Customer Experience Manager don’t come into 9-930. I ended up giving my wife my car and taking a rideshare back home. This kind of customer disservice shows a level of business incompetence and lack of customer care that is intolerable. Please do business elsewhere. You will thank me later.

I purchased a Chevy Trax vehicle on 6/8/24.

I purchased a Chevy Trax vehicle on 6/8/24. I never received a tag even after a month after my vehicle purchase. After attempting numerous calls and voicemails, I finally notified Nalley that I was leaving negative review. That is when I finally received a call back from Andrea with tags and titles. She casually told me my tag was processed and submitted on 7/16/24. Over 5 weeks later!!! My temp tag is now expired and I did not even receive a courtesy call from the dealership. Buyer beware…

We purchased a vehicle and a month later don't have the paperwork necessary to obtain a title and license. They lie, avoid, and don't return calls. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. If I could give a ZERO I would.

Nalley Chevrolet. A 10 score

Konner @Nalley chevrolet checked me in for transmission repair. I applied for BDS leasing for cost. Konner handled receive of payment after approval and I drove off. The car drives great; there's warranty of 12 months for repair. I would rate experience at Nalley Chevrolet service Union City a 10

Great Service

Jonathan is a great service rep. Came in for oil change and explaining to Jonathan that my issue from my last service work was still a continuous issue. He quickly got it diagnosed and fixed also. Thank you Jonathan.

Battery warranty

Oil change and battery check. I found out that the battery I had purchased from Nalley less than a year ago was bad and that I would have to pay $ 90 for installation of the replacement battery. That was not my fault and I thought I should not have to cover that cost. I think it was probably a secondary(used) battery because most new batteries are warranted for at least 36 months. That is my main complaint. The oil change was just fine
