Horrible Service Department

I had my 2012 Malibu towed to this location due to the power steering not working .I had to wait a week to just receive an diagnostic from the service department. I approved to have the repairs done as well as replace a headlight on the driver's side. One week later i had to return to because the head light went out again and they charge me labor to replace the wire. I don't understand why it wasn't replace when the headlight was replaced. Two weeks later my power steering light comes back on and I LOST the ability to turn my car. now they want me to replace the power steering motor. Horrible service department at this location. They don't stand by their labor.

Missed Opportunity

I had a 2012 Traverse brought in by a tow. The Diagnosis proved the engine needed to be replaced at 6k. This is what the service tech told me. He left the conversation there. That night I went online contemplating my options for a vehicle and since my car was already at Nalley I chose to look at their stock. I found a 2019 Traverse@29k. I put in a request to be contacted by the dealership. As well as other Dealerships. They contacted me 3 days later after I bought a vehicle from a dealer 10 miles away that took the time to follow up with me in a timely manner. As a person who wroks in sales I can tell you Nalley dropped the ball in reacting to my vehicle concerns. Most people dont have a spare car so if someone comes in with a irreparable vehicle not worth the cost of repair service should be connecting folks to the sales department for options. Just my take. So I left the 2012 at Nalley in order for the other dealership to pick it up. I was able to get some money on the trade.

Service Experience

Just want to give an A for Awesome shout out to Salesman Tyrone Wiliams here at Nalley Chevrolet in Union City and also to the General Mgr Mikal Williams and Finance Mgr Jay Williams for the outstanding sales service experience we had buying our 2018 Tahoe. They truly went out of their way to work with us and get us exactly what we wanted in our vehicle.

Don?t go here

I have just received the worst experience of my life with the service of this dealership. I went to have my car serviced here on 9/16 and mine you I have never experienced an issue with my car or here before. On this passed weekend my car ran HOT on me. There was no cooler in my car and I was like "what the xxxx" I pull my paper work from the service and everything was Check stating everything was Check and good on my car, so I am so confused as to why I had no cooler and my car ran hot. I spend my entire day today calling the dealership and didn't get anyone until 4pm. The receptionist was very rude and didn't seem like she wanted to help! I asked for the manager and she took a note to pass it along to the manager BRIAN. Clearly they didn't do their job with Check everything they said they checked on my car because this should not have happen!!! On the website they said they give 100% good service and I have not received that at all!! I am so sad and disappointed I don't know what to do!! Please do not go here EVER!!!

Improved

I frequently have my vehicle serviced at this location. I have been around longer the current owner(s). I requested an oil change and tire rotation. I am pleased that the Service Dept has begun the 27 point inspection and communicating the results to the customer because this has not been done in years. I am disappointed the tire service light is still displayed in the dashboard after the tire rotation

My sales person Shelby Davis was awesome helping me with my purchase. I can truly say she went beyond and above for me to get my new 2017. I highly recommend her. The people there are very kind and professional.

Tim and Ashley were phenomenal! They took great care of me! I look forward to continuing my business with Ivory Chevrolet. I'm very particular about customer service and the treatment I give as well as the treatment that's given to me. I applaud both their efforts to insure I'd be taken care of. And now that the bar is set high, I look forward to the treatment continuing and improving for years to come. I have nothing but good things to say about Tim and Ashley. I was glad to make a decision to purchase with them.
