Nissan of Bradenton used car sales department is selling

Nissan of Bradenton used car sales department is selling vehicles that been in auto accidents consumers please beware of the Car Fax report I purchased a vehicle March of 2022 the Car Fax showed the vehicle was in good condition I tried to refinance it in 2024 a new Car Fax showed the vehicle had been in an accident bank denied to refinance now I have two different Car Fax reports that has the same date I purchased the vehicle but totally different information and Nissan of Bradenton refused to take ownership of a bad product they sold

Terrible service.

We went to this dealership because an airbag sensor light was on and under recall. We were kept waiting 1 1/2 hours while they did a "courtesy inspection that they didn't ask permission to do. They then recommemded $6200 in repairs on a car with 28000 miles on it. Supposedly the sensor issue was different than the recall situation and required a $930 part that they didn't have in stock. Why on earth would I ever buy another Nissan if every 28000 miles I need to spend $6200. We won't be going back.

I., (service advisor) whom demonstrates stellar professionalism, eye contact, and the utmost respect for a customer while representing this company. Bad customer service

Horrible experience with service department. They simply don’t care. I had to involve their service manager and it was shocking to see everyone have the same attitude. They said “ That’s the world we’re living in today”. Maybe their world but not the professional’s. I politely asked for my keys and left. Do yourself a favor and don’t even think about it. Go somewhere else to get a better treatment and a better service. I hope their General Manager can see this, and I will make sure everyone thinking about this place to see this review as well.

Was sold a totaled car

just now I went in to buy a car, I told the dealer I had 7k to spend, they said they had a car they had just got traded in that they could sell, I was told it was in a few minor fender benders, and it had a reconstructed title, probably from a lost title, but it was in good shape, it was a BMW 535i. Tax, tag, title, out the door cash it was $6,700 . Two days later I had a low oil level light, I checked the oil it was full. I figured it was just a sensor problem, the next day an engine malfunction light came on , so I stopped driving it till I was able to go to the appointment they were supposed to make for me on that Tuesday, when. I went there was no appointment made so I made it for Wednesday, I went in got the oil change drove less than 5 miles, and when I stopped, there was oil pouring out on the driveway. They towed it in immediately, they next day they said there was a whole slew of things wrong with it. So I took it to a german car specialist, they put it on a lift, and everything was leaking, there were loose wires and engine components painted that shouldn't have been. Apparently the car had been totaled before, and had very shoddy maintenance. Nissan refused to take it back even though it had been less than a week, their policy is 3 days (including the day it's bought,) with no exclusions for weekends or holidays. They knew there were very serious issues with this car, they inspect cars before they take them as a trade in, and they knew the person buying the car was not financially equipped to deal with these problems. They took advantage of me, and my financial situation. The specialist I took it to said it wasn't even safe to drive off of their lot. DO NOT GO TO NISSAN OF BRADENTON!!! I have full proof of everything that has happened, including pictures of the vehicle.

Best dealership in the country!

I was able to use cars.com to locate a vehicle I wanted. Nissan of Bradenton was the only dealership nearby that I had found and when I reached out to them, I had nothing but a great experience. They offer a lifetime powertrain warranty on new vehicles and they were able to get me exactly what I wanted. Huge thanks to Ray and his team over at Bradenton Nissan!

Advertised price on cars.com was not the purchase price. Salesman gleefully reminded me that disclaimer allowed dealer to add up to $3,000 to the purchase. Never seen that for previous online auto purchases. Cars.com should ban this dealer from future listings.

Best Buying Experience

The best buying experience. I went to 3 other car dealers to buy a truck. Got nothing but false information from the other dealers. I inquired about a 2017 Nissan Titan and got a call right away from Ellery Paynter in sales. Told hm what I was looking to spend monthly and how much money I wanted to put down. Told him my last 3 experiences with the other dealers. Made a appointment to go to the dealer and look at the Titan. I was in and out of there in 2hrs driving home in a beautiful truck. Best buying experience from the sales department all the way to the finance department. I give them 10 Stars!!
