The team at Nissan of Bradenton were fantastic.

The team at Nissan of Bradenton were fantastic. First my phone conversation with Lexi was so warm and inviting, I had to check this dealership out to see if it was for real. My salesperson Ray made the expierence smooth and painless he took his time to find me the right vehicle and showed me how to operate everything before I left. I met with both sales Managers Ed and Ryan and they were a pleasure to work with. Both are a class act and make purchasing a vehicle, a joy. I met with the Finance Manager Troy and he was so helpful in getting my paperwork finalized and helping to to decide how to best protect my purchase. They introduced me to Page who was so warm and bubbly I was blown away, she was there to let me know if I ever had a question or needed help and didn't know what to do she would assist me. (Who does that these days). They even introduced me to the service department, so when I am ready for it I knew who to contact and where to go. This is how car shopping should be. The team at Nissan of Bradenton, are the embodiment of great service. If your not buying a car from here you went to the wrong place

I was ripped off by the service dept.

I was ripped off by the service dept., lied to. Do not trust they serviced my car but charged me for services not needed nor wanted then lied that I asked for them.

Worst experience ever with the service department.

Worst experience ever with the service department. True story !! They tried to over charge me for labor and parts then my extended warranty wouldn’t cover what they were charging they had to send to third party to verify what they told them!! Now the price reduced but I had to wait 3 days for all of that to happen and get a rental car which took every penny I had out of my account. When the work was finally done 8 days later i went to pick up my car and asked them if they could help me with a ride to take my my rental car back ... no one could !! I’m very disappointed in the customer service and will warn everyone I know to be careful when dealing with this company!! Do your homework and check what they are charging you for labor and parts !!!

Called about a car advertised on their website.

Called about a car advertised on their website. They immediately wanted $3000 more than their advertised price. I don’t deal with dealers who advertise one price, but “oh it’s actually this price”. I get supply and demand, but there is also bait and switch. Fix your website pricing or honor what you put out there. Rick Bartlett in NC

Horrible experience with service department. They simply don’t care. I had to involve their service manager and it was shocking to see everyone have the same attitude. They said “ That’s the world we’re living in today”. Maybe their world but not the professional’s. I politely asked for my keys and left. Do yourself a favor and don’t even think about it. Go somewhere else to get a better treatment and a better service. I hope their General Manager can see this, and I will make sure everyone thinking about this place to see this review as well.

My girlfriend was struggling to find a dealership that...

My girlfriend was struggling to find a dealership that would accept a suncoast pre approval loan and Juan with Nissan of Bradenton made that happen for us. We came in with the car we wanted they had it ready, didn't beat around the bush went straight to the point and was very transparent and kind! Also, they got everything ready for us relatively fast. Only thing I have to say is I wish they disclosed more of why there was a missing piece on the front of the car but we are getting it taken care of through you guys! Also, Troy was great with his help and explained everything to us at the end! Would recommend this dealership for sure overall.

Yvonne was awesome through the whole process of...

Yvonne was awesome through the whole process of purchasing my new vehicle and was completely transparent from start to finish. She made the process quick and painless and went above and beyond to ensure I got the exact vehicle I was looking for. She even took the time to show me all the great features of my new Rogue! Troy in financing was also great and was very detailed in his explanations of the terms of my loan.

Absolutely the best Dealership we have used in 26 years....

Absolutely the best Dealership we have used in 26 years. After driving 2 1/2 hours just to look at a car the friendly and knowledgeable staff had us in the car that we WANTED not what they could sell us to make a deal. Bradenton Nissan even opened 20 minutes early for us. This will be our dealership from now on even with the long drive.
