As a former secret shopper, I value customer service "Hiley"! After having shopped around multiple car dealerships within the past month or so, I am impressed with attention to detail and Ralphael's desire to meet our specific needs. We were surprised to hear of the fifteen hundred dollar reconditioning fee, but appreciated Eric's detailed explanation. We are still looking but hope the best value will eventually be found at Hiley Acura.

Apprehensive about bringing my car in because of the
Apprehensive about bringing my car in because of the sales experience. I could not put into words.The exceptional treatment and empathy for my car's issue by the service department. Unfortunately I have a job where I work six days a week and don't know when i'm gonna get off, Michelle the service adviser and her team worked on my schedule and got me in for what was thought to be a quick fix, turned into needed replacement part. I was kept informed while my car was in service and contacted as soon as part came in a day and a half later. Returned to have the service completed and it was done much faster than the anticipated need your car over night...fixed in under 4 hours from drop off. Every encounter with each service member was more than outstanding customer service, could not suggest any improvements! Restored my faith in this dealership! Thank you again entire service team and outstanding customer care to Michelle!

Poor Customer Service
I had called four times requesting a call back to no avail. Wasted time
Nov 17, 2021 Disappointed "Poor customer service from Sales Manager Eric...." Poor customer service from Sales Manager Eric. Bad Trade In Customer Service
I traded in a lease vehicle in 2019 and got another vehicle. The finance company started calling me over a year later to advise the account was past due on the car I traded in. I told them I no longer had the vehicle and it was traded in, they claim they didn’t know because Hiley Acura nor myself didn’t tell them it was traded in. So now they are putting all types of fees and trade in wear and tear on a bill and expecting me to pay it. Anything that was due should’ve been stated at the time of the trade not almost 2 years later. I’ve been calling Hiley for the last 2 years and no one wants to take ownership, they keep advising they will look into it and call me back but nothing ever happens. I’m tired of calling and want this off my credit because I’m not at fault. This issue needs to be handled between Hiley and Acura Financial before I get my lawyer involved.

Low ball on the trade in, restocking fee ($1500 - that's part of doing business), we left, then hounded for days to come back. No thanks. No time for this kind of place.

The service advisor Z is rude and unprofessional while A was trying to sell some service absolutely unnecessary.....I would not recommend anyone to this dealer....

I bought but wasn't great experience
I had been in contact with Shane or Jay not sure his name for about a week before we traveled to purchase our vehicle once we got there he didn't even attend us he put a rookie in my opinion. The rookie did even walk with is to the vehicle to show it to us or show us the features he didn't explain the buyimg process or the options we had. Once with finance the guy did give us options or even tell us who had given us the loan which company or anything when i tried asking questions I felt I was blown off. They just made me sign sign sign. I don't even know what apr I have on the loan. I had also qualified for no pay for 6 months per the shane when we were messaging before hand but once there the finance guy said he didn't know anything. It was a Saturday i had traveled for 8 hours i was tired at the end of the day i didn't want to argue and get out of there not empty handed so I just went along. Please ask all the wrote questions i don't regret my car but i do regret not asking wrote questions or negotiating. Also car was dirty when we got there they sent it again to get clean before we left but again it was still dirty taking the car to get detailed since it still has sticky residue on leather seat cracks.

Hidden warranty and fees plus forced pictures
At financing I noticed they added a $3500 warranty that never once did they ask if it was something I wanted. I was signing papers when I noticed they added it on there. After finishing the paperwork the salesman wouldn’t give me my keys until I held up his dumb sign and took a picture in front of the car. We literally said 4 time we did not want to be in a picture and he said he would t give us our keys until we did. After all that checked their website that night to see they used my name and picture on a fake 5 star review. Do not shop here. There are plenty of other good dealerships around.

Worst and Rude Sales and Manager Ray and Jason
I contacted this dealership on a lease price for a $55k MDX I saw the reviews and figured they can’t be that rude when they are in the sales business. Well THEY ARE!!!! I spoke to Ray who treated me as a second class citizen and as thought his time is so valuable that he didn’t even have time to talk to me. I then proceeded to talk to Jason who said was the sales Manager Jason and he too was short and rude and without listening to the whole story said to me that there were2 sides to a story. I told him that now I knew where their sales people get their attitudes from. Listen to the reviews these people treated me like junk and do not deserve anyone’s business.
