Purchasing a vehicle from Bill Dodge Infiniti has been a pleasurable experience that was conducted by professional sales staff who knew the product, assisted me as the buyer to ensure that I was purchasing the vehicle to meet my needs rather than selling me a vehicle to make a sale. Rob Cook took the time to assist me with no pressure and offered me all the information I needed and a test drive when I was in the research stage. Two weeks later I made the decision to purchase, went back to see Rob, and had another test drive, walk around, and spent an hour or so working out the numbers and my trade. A good price, no games, and a respectful buying process. The sales manager John T and the finance manager Kris rounded out the process to ensure that I had everything I needed to complete the deal with attention to the details of my needs. Not my first vehicle purchased from Bill Dodge, but my first Infiniti, and having been a Mercedes owner, this by far is a superior experience and a superior dealership. Anyone thinking of a vehicle purchase will do themselves a favor to shop at Bill Dodge Autogroup for one of the many options from the many brands they carry. Note, having had another vehicle purchased from Bill Dodge, and having it serviced by them for 6 years, I can attest to the most important part of the sale and that is the service department which I have consistently rated as outstanding. Professional service minded dealership with quality of care in everything they do for their customers.

Another great service appointment at Bill Dodge Cadillac. Bob Williams and the Cadillac service team are professional, courteous and always go above and beyond. My car was even washed and vacuumed before I picked it up.

I Don’t want anyone else to work on my vehicle but Tyler Libby!!! The guy is just THE Best when it comes to knowing how to repair vehicles!!!

The best service team around!
Bob and his team of service professionals are hands down the best around! They continue to offer excellent customer service and kept in constant communication with me while my car was being serviced. They were extremely thorough and even resolved a problem that another local dealership was unable to even pinpoint on several different appointments! I would highly recommend this state of the art service center! They are very professional and a pleasure to work with!!

Will not have service done again
Tech did not tighten the lug nuts on my tire after rotating. Got on highway and lug nuts started flying off due to only having 1 thread holding them on. Pulled over to find out that not a single lug nut was tight.. or even snug. I am amazed the 35” wheel did not come off and have someone behind be run over it at 75mph. This dealership should have better (or some) quality control so this doesent happen to anyone else. This could have easily been a catastrophe with possible injury or death.
