Purchasing my 2011 Kia

Marty Flaherty was great to work with when I purchased my 2011 Kia. His customer service was excellent, and being fairly new he knew what steps to proceed. He wasn't a high pressured salesman and did great follow up. I have since sent him 2 more customers. Great job Marty!

Ryan Boyd was super helpful...

I went in to see Ryan Boyd in September to lease a Kia Sorento...he was extremely helpful, friendly and professional! I will definitely be back to see him once my lease is up!

My Bill Dodge experience was unintimidating.

As a woman, buying a car can be a very intimidating process. I imagine it equates to a man trying to buy pantyhose, on a much smaller scale of course. My salesman, Ryan Boyd, was welcoming, respectful, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Great Customer Service

I recently purchased a quality used vehicle from Bill Dodge in Westbrook. When i first arrived I was greated by a professional, Mr Ryan Boyd. He asked great questons and more importantly he listened to my answers. He did what he said he would do and that made the whole process quick and easy. I will reach out to Ryan again the next time I am in the market for up-grading my car.

Buying a vehicle isn't so bad :)

Wow!!!!

I recently purchased a car from bill dodge in Westbrook and I was blown away at the service I received! Ryan Boyd went above and beyond from keeping my daughter entertained to doing everything in his powers to get me into a car that I would be happy with! Emma says she will be happy to share skittles with him any day:). A big thank you and bravo!

My First Car

I recently went to Bill Dodge looking to buy my first car. I met with Ryan Boyd and he showed me the cars that were in my budget. He helped me find the perfect car. Ryan was very nice and cared about getting me what I was looking for. He knew that one of my must-haves for my car was that I be able to listen to my ipod so he gave me his personal cassette adapter to make this possible. He made my first time buyer experience easy and there was no pressure. I would recommend Bill Dodge and make sure you ask for Ryan.

Top Notch service!

My first car buying experience at Bill Dodge Auto Group was Top Notch! My sales advisor Ryan Boyd help me find the perfect vehicle for me and my family. Excellent experience working with Ryan Boyd

I found myself in a position of having to buy a car when I really wasn't in the market to want to buy a car. After my car was totaled in a collision, I went to many dealerships in Southern Maine looking for a vehicle and not even knowing what I wanted to buy. I got immediate help from Ryan Boyd at Bill Dodge and he made the process so easy!! He was so easy to talk to, listened to what my particular needs are in a car, and really went above and beyond to make the selection and buying process as easy as possible. His customer service didn't end after the "work" was done. He followed up to make sure I was enjoying my new car and answered additional questions for me. He is an asset to Bill Dodge and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a new/used car. Thank you Ryan!!!
