Motor Car West

I bought a car from Champagne West abou two months ago and couldn't be happier with it. I've never liked shopping for used cars. Pushy salespeople, fake prices, and psychological tricks seem to be the industry norm, but the folks at Champagne West are very much the exception. Everything was very straightforward, with no pressure to buy the car I came to look at or attempts to redirect me to a more expensive one. I deliberately waited a bit before writing my review to allow for time to change my perspective, but I only like them more now. I'll definitely be going back when my spouse needs a new car in a few years, even if it means driving in from out of state.

I have been looking for a mint low mileage Maserati Ghibli for several weeks . Mainly through Cars.com and CarGurus. I saw one that looked ideal at Champaign Motors and called them. I talked to the owner, Ken on the phone who answered all my questions. My wife and I drove there and saw the car. It was just as represented. perfect condition with 1,500 Miles. Although it was perfect, it was too close in color to what we had. Ken asked what would be the ideal car and price point. He said he specializes in preowned BMW and Maserati’s and could find what I wanted. He did. They delivered it to us sight unseen and said if it was as represented that he’d take it back on the spot. When delivered it was even better then represented. It was PERFECT. They handled all the paperwork and made it the easiest purchase I’ve ever experienced and I’ve bought a lot of cars. Anytime I’m looking for another mint preowned, there’s only one place I will go. Several friends that have seen the car ask “where did you get the car, it looks brand new”. I can’t saw enough positive things about everyone in their organization that I dealt with. All extremely professional and responsive.

I had the best experience with Champagne Motorcars LLC West that I’ve ever had with a dealer! My salesman Eli was great, no pressure. Helpful with all our questions. Treated us like real people, not just numbers! Everyone else was great, owner, finance mgr I was not unhappy in any way. Will service my car here, and will buy again here!! Thank you all so much! Just drove home in our "new" car from Champagne West. We couldn't be happier with the vehicle, the deal and the outstanding experience. Eli and Matt explained everything clearly and treated us like family from the minute we drove in. It was refreshing (and unusual) to feel that they genuinely wanted our business and wanted us to be comfortable with the car and the cost out the door. There was no pressure to buy and they are committed to no pesty follow up calls. The business is new, they don't "officially" open until June 1, but the people have a long history in the community. I will definitely recommend them to friends and hope to do business with them in the future.
