Called Toyota last minute and was having a frantic day as some of us have often and when car trouble came up I thought why me but when I spoke to Cara Deluca I got in right away and didn't wait long to get back on the road. Pedro Segura worked hard to find a car that would work for me in the color I wanted. He had found one that was not just right that I was going to take, but he knew I wanted not so many options. The next morning early I got a call that a much closer fit had just arrived on the truck and it was closer to what I wanted, which actually was less expensive. Through the whole transaction I felt he was very experienced and professional. I definitely would call him again if I wanted another Toyota!

Just purchased a 2016 4runner limited -- "special order" -- I did not understand at first why it was taking sooo long to get the car. I grew impatient. But then, I spoke with David Lee (General Manager of sales) and he explained the manufacturing process in Japan -- nothing like here in the U.S. Once the car was made and delivered, I knew it was worth the wait. The people I dealt with were always friendly and courteous, as well as attentive. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends.
