Westchester Toyota

We were in the market for a new Corolla and are extremely happy that we found Westchester Toyota!!! I went on truecar.com and found Westchester Toyota offering the same exact car for a few hundred less after another dealer called us and was trying to force us to buy the car the day he called or the deal would fall through (after promising to honor the price for a week and a half). We visited Westchester Toyota on a Sunday mid November and were immediately greeted by friendly staff and Husam Almarji (Sam). Sam was very courteous. There was no pressure or sales tricks to try and squeeze us for every penny possible. After spending about 20 minutes with Sam I told him that I have to check another dealer who may offer the car for cheaper but promised him that if that offer is false I will come back to him. We came back to see Sam a week later during Black Friday Weekend. Sam was very happy to see us and we agreed upon a price and he made sure we understood the price break down. Sam is very genuine, courteous and pleasant to deal with. Unlike other dealers where a financial manager may come by to haggle aggresively on the price we only dealt with Sam who spoke with his manager on our behalf. It truly was a very smooth, seamless and stress-free experience, which isn't always the case when buying a car. We came back Monday to run the credit and completed all the paperwork with Joe Kundrat the financial manager who also is very nice. Sam was with us during the whole process. After everything was signed Sam showed us all the features of the car and gave helpful advice on car maintenance. I would strongly recommend Westchester Toyota to any prospective customer and will most definitely be recommending Sam to all my friends and family. Thanks Sam!

As a first time buyer I did not know what to expect. Luckily for me i walked in to be greeted by Ricardo. After looking at various vehicles. I found the right one for me. Since I am just starting to build my credit the situation was a little complicated. However Ricardo along with Joe and Sean made it happen, and i so happily walked out with my new Honda. The service at Westchester Toyota was excellent. Jonny greeted me immediately and worked expeditiously and effeciently to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and understood the various features of my new highlander. He was extremely pleasant and didn't hestitate to answer any and all questions that I had. This place and husain almarji was amazing. With with my car stuck in the middle of the road they not only pushed me off to the side out of the kindness of his heart. Husam Almarji and Sean Berry also did everything in there power to make a bad day great, and give me exactly what i want for the price i wanted......great great great experience...... cant wait to meet with these guys again. These two Men i will have all my future car dealings with. Never let a men like Mr. Husam Almarji. And Sean Berry go there here for the customers needs....... not just a check and it was Husam day off when he did this kind act.... i will def pay it forward.

My wife and I purchased our 2016 toyota camry from Westchester Toyota and received excellent service. Our salesperson Charles Carmona was beyond helpful and patient. Most of the features on our vehicle are new to us and he explained everyone of them in depth. Our final paperwork was completed by Fabio Kola and he was great as well explaining all financing options available to us.
