Mr Madera help me understand the difference between leasing and financing. Took the time to explain and answer every questions that my husband and i had. Jonh explained clear how much i have to pay and showed me every different Toyota RAV4 2018 . The color i wanted wasn’t there and he just brought one from another place the same day . This guy is amazing 👏🏽 .

Dishonest Toyota Dealer
I used Toyotacertified website and found a certified pre-owned Camry. One car stood out as the price was good and most important of all the Carfax record was clean. The car was available at Westchester Toyota. I called the dealer, talked to "Mikisha" and she verified the vehicle was available at the dealer (I told her the stock number). I made an appointment (out of respect of their time even though I know they don't really care). When I arrived the dealer after 45 minutes driving, a sales rep (Reuben) came out to greet me, sat me down and I told him what Mikisha told me. The rep could not find the car. I got upset and wondered what I had just heard. He then walked me to another lot, and pointed me to a similar car and I immediately checked the VIN number and it was not the car. I told him my frustration and wanted to see a manager. A "manager" came out explaining some customer just came and took it out for a test drive and then the engine light came on so they took it to a service center. It was all fake and lame excuse as "Reuben" could have told me right away through his system that the car was in stock but it was just taken out for a test drive by another customer. I had purchased and leased many cars in the past, I am a salesperson myself and this type of sales behavior is a total disgrace to auto sales profession and sales profession in general. I would have been very upset if I drove 45 minutes just for this crooked dealer. Thank God I drove another 20 minutes toward home and stopped by New Rochelle Toyota with another CPO car in mind. I left the dealer with that car! It was a breath of fresh air with excellent salesmanship. I will write another review in a moment. If I have the time I may write to the manufacturer about this dealer.

Don't believe them. I was fooled
I have waited to write a review to allow the salesman an opportunity to keep his word but that will obviously not happen. I bought a Highlander in December 2017. It is not as large as the minivan I had previously and has less cargo space. I expressed to the salesman, Manny Feliz, that I needed a roof rack and he gave me his word on a hand shake that he would throw that in for me. I have a medically fragile, disabled child and he has a lot of medical equipment that has to be brought along on vacation. The Highlander does not have enough cargo space for luggage, a wheelchair and medical equipment when all three rows are occupied. I had a bad experience with the Toyota dealer in New Rochelle and made a concious decision to make my final purchase at Westchester Toyota as Manny seemed sincere. He was nice until I drove away. I have not received a call or had a call returned since I drove away from the dealership and know now that I never will. I was also unable to take my children on vacation this year. With the added expense of a car note and higher insurance (my van was paid off years ago) I couldn't afford to pay for the roof rack and then there are vacation expenses. My son has 24 hour nursing and I have to pay for her accommodations when she travels with us. It was too much this year. I think about this every day and it affects my enjoyment of the vehicle. I feel cheated and lied to. I will warn other buyers not to trust the word of anyone there. I was fooled. Don't make the same mistake
