Jabir Choudhrey did an excellent job in helping me decide

Jabir Choudhrey did an excellent job in helping me decide on my used car purchase a few days ago. From first meeting to taking possession of the car he handled our interaction with professionalism and care. Thank you for your efforts, sir.

We found a 2018 Toyota 4Runner through Facebook and went

We found a 2018 Toyota 4Runner through Facebook and went to their website. Tried to call the dealership sales number listed directly but were disconnected each time. Chatted with the site chat bot and requested to be contacted. No contact. Called and spoke to Ashley 3 separate times the following day. Each time she stated that she would provide a price shortly. Then early afternoon the following day I was texted by Ashley asking if I had received a quote from sales manager. It was in my spam folder for $2584 above advertised price. Went back and forth through text with what I’m assuming was a sales manger stating”We are a one price store and do not negotiate on our Pre-Owned Vehicles. Would you be trading a vehicle? I could help you with a good trade in offer?” Please understand that if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle that they will automatically add $2397 in fees for LoJack, processing and addendum/accessory fees, which add nothing to the value of the vehicle prior to adding for tax tag and title fees. Also do not fall for the $500 discount add on the website for registering to the email list as that only applies to new vehicles. All of these are shady business practices, and are the reason I choose to shop elsewhere.

Service dept is great!

Service dept is great!! Open, honest!! The Parts dept is the reason why dealerships have such a bad reputation. They lied directly to my face. The bald headed parts rep MUST be fired! I will no longer buy parts from this lying dealership! I will reconsider IF AND ONLY IF, the bald-headed parts employee is gone and this dealership makes amends to earn back my business.

We have had a fabulous experience with Westgate Kia.

We have had a fabulous experience with Westgate Kia. We purchased a car in April and had such a great outcome the first time we came back to do it again. Ramon has totally gone way beyond the extra mile to help us, and Melvin has been lovely to work with as well. We highly recommend Westgate Kia of Wake Forest!

I have attempted to speak to a sales rep that can help me

I have attempted to speak to a sales rep that can help me with an out of state sale….No one will return my call and I have attempted to purchase a car from this dealership for the last 2 weeks. Very nice people but they need to work on this aspect of online sales

Utterly incompetent service department.

Utterly incompetent service department. I gave them a second chance after a bad experience, and they will not be getting a third. They skipped a 60,000 service and did not inform me the first time I came in after the 60k mark. They have snuck a tire rotation on my bill at least three times now after I have specifically told them not to rotate my tires because my tire place will rotate them for free. I have come here off and on for the last 9 years, and every time I call out an issue, they say the people who were previously responsible no longer work there and it won't happen again, but then it does, because the problem isn't with the individuals, it's with the way this organization is run. I will NEVER come back here again.

Advised on the exact issue.

Advised on the exact issue. Waited 2 weeks for an appointment, then a full day for them confirm what I said, then 4 days for the part and I was told it would take one day, then soonest appt to fix 2 weeks out but then told it could take a few days. I asked for a car and was told to speak to the service manager. Was told the service manager was not there. I asked for a callback (I know that isn't happening). I'm driving around with a screwed up Rear Differential until they can get me in (knowing that it's probably screwing up my transmission along the way).

Consumer response

I'm 53 years old, have owned many different car brands, and gone to many different dealership service departments. This place has THE WORST service department I have EVER been to. To add to this story. My car in the last two months has had to have the fuel pump replaced (this dealership - who I bought the car from told me they were too busy to see me and to call another dealership which I did - Wendell Kia (they did great). Now this with the rear differential. Oh - Most important part is this - my 2023 Kia Telluride TODAY has 23,500 miles on it. Fine piece of machinery!! NOT.

Consumer response

As soon as they fix this Rear Differential and I get caught up on the 4th recall since I've had the car - still one outstanding. I'm trading this xxx in for an American car.

My wife and I were very satisfied with Westgate Kia.

My wife and I were very satisfied with Westgate Kia. George treated us great and we felt like family through the whole transaction. They gave us what we asked for on our trade. They met me in the middle on the new car price too. Overall, it was a great experience!

I had my vehice towed into the dealership per the recall

I had my vehice towed into the dealership per the recall notice. The exact lights came on that were of issue in the recall. The dealership kept my car for days then claimed it wasn't because of the recall, it was a bad battery, and a host of other things. Well, I picked up my car refusing any service, paid the usurious $200 for the diagnosis, and drove it to the Auto Zone. My battery was FINE. Nothing wrong with it. But the lights were all off. I supposed they disconnected the battery and they will probably come back on once it's triggered again. Oh, and my radio miraculously works again after being crap for a year. What actually happened?
