Everything went as planned, car ready earlier than promised. Very satisfied. Employees looked great in new uniforms. Waiting area was nice and clean..... I was disappointed that I did not get a car wash.
I experienced a friendly and efficient service appointment with my vehicle. I was a little early for my appointment and they finished the service on my... vehicle early. Alex answered all the questions I had about my vehicle and future vehicles being produced that I may be an interest to me.
Came in for oil change and transmission service. After careful inspection found out needed new battery. Added this to my service, which was all done just... under an hour and a half. Great service, not pushy with other suggested service needed. Prices are about average, mainly paying for labor. I dont mind paying though because i know its being done right, and they back up their service.

I took my car in for routine servicing and winterizing. Within twenty minutes Robert was able to give me a complete rundown of the status of my car's... condition, and within an hour the necessary procedures were finished. Robert couldn't have been nicer or more professional. I enjoyed the whole experience, but I'm not surprised. I've had my Sonata for over ten years, and my interactions with the Hyundai team have always been positive. (I didn't see Jamal this time, but he was the salesman who sold me my car ten years ago. Buying a car can be stressful, but Jamal made it easy.)
