Definitely I would buy from them again!

I bought the car from Doug during the pandemic. I had it shipped to Michigan that was a pleasant surprise that it turned out to be in the great condition that I was and from the pictures I saw. I had some trouble with Michigan's DMV not understanding how to transfer it New York title. Doug help me get it sorted out well after the sale. I highly recommend this dealership!

Great experience

I had a very great experience with these guys. They are very personable and reassured me with any concerns that I had. I would recommend them to a friend or family member for sure! I was a first time buyer from a dealership so I was nervous at first but they made it very easy.

Great Deal :}

Great experience I wrecked my Rav4 so I had to take the train to get to this dealership was about an hour ride I was picked up at the train station as promised right on time. I was very happy got a good deal on my RX350 I was out the door in an hour and a half paperwork took some time but they transferred my plates on the spot and saved me a trip to DMV and for that i'm grateful... Thanks guys!

strange experience

So I went there today to look at a gx 470 I called ahead of time to make sure that the vehicle was there and explained to him I was coming from far 3 hours away. I was in conversation with a salesperson and explained the situation sent him my information and credit score to show them how serious I was. When I got there the navigation wasn’t working and the radio didn’t play for the first 15 mins. They assured me that would be fix for the price I was paying but the individual there couldn’t sell the car because he didn’t really work there, every question I had he had to call someone. And you would think the person on the phone would ask to speak to me and apologize for not being able to be there but it was a very strange experience. If you want to visit them ask them if you will be speaking to a salesperson that can actually sell a vehicle. I came with the title of my car 2 keys my son and my dad. I had every intention of buying that vehicle but because of the circumstances I decided just to leave. I hope everyone else experience is better. The only reason I didn’t give it 1 star was because I don’t know if the person I spoke to just cleans the car or what exactly he does. When I asked him can he help me he said I can help you but I can’t do anything other than show you the car and he wasn’t very knowledgeable about the vehicle either . I asked if he could change the battery on the DVD player remote and he just stated no it should be working. I drove 3 hours and I am driving back 3 hours is it too much to ask him if he can go to the local store to buy batteries to see if that would fix that issue. Hope this helps anyone.

Bought this car sight unseen. Had it shipped to me. A problem came up and "Great" they took care of it. This dealership is the real deal for customer concern and satisfaction and most importantly saving big money from other car lots.
