I bought a used vehicle from this dealer. Eli did a video walkthrough for me. I did not have time to travel to this dealership from out of state. Eli also coordinated everything from financing to taxes, tags and title, to delivery. I did have a door that did not work when delivered and called Eli to discuss. He assured me it was working when it was at his dealership. Turns out it was a simple fix, the door handle cable came undone. I was ok with it because after all it was a used vehicle. I expected something simple and was ok with minor flaws. After all, If I wanted perfect, I’d have spent more cash and bought new. I would buy a vehicle from them again.

Great customer service, great service and a great vehicle. Everything went smooth and they were easy going and easy to talk too etc.

Was thrilled to find a car my son fell in love with and be able to show the Carfax report without having to dispute the Carfax price. The experience was very low key and we did not feel pressured at all, and I appreciate that they work with multiple legit lenders to get the fairest financing. If there was anything that disappointed me, it was the dealer's fairly high doc fee compared with others we've seen in our area, but it wasn't worth arguing because the car's price was excellent.

I loved being able to check out the truck by myself without a salesman looking over me and being able to test drive it alone. There was no pressure to buy. When we did want to buy Eli negotiated fairly and quickly getting the deal done. We left there relaxed and happy with our new 2022 Silverado.

When I first walked in, I almost walked right out. There were no greetings from anyone. I felt out of place as if my money did not matter to them. As I was about to walk out, there came Eli. He didn't say much, but he was straight forward and seems trustworthy. He didn't try to sale me the car, he just followed my lead and provided straight forward answers. The best experience I've had with any salesmen. So I brought the dawgon car.
