I told Jovany I had to be back down to the Springs by a

I told Jovany I had to be back down to the Springs by a certain time, and he never came back with an ETA on the contract after he said he would (I came pre-approved, just needed to test drive and sign). Instead, we found him showing off a car to another person that had just got there (We were there for 3 hours at this point, given it's a 1 hour dealer) I got upset at how long we were waiting given I did majority of the paperwork beforehand, and he told us we were his only customers at one point too so it didn't make sense. He saw us as we were walking out and didn't say anything, so it just didn't feel like there was any urgency on his end to close the deal and get us out of there soon. We ended up getting a call later from a Ryan, not even him. Ryan has been nothing but helpful in trying to complete this deal.

Very nice people.

Very nice people. Ilyana was cheerful, patient and good at keeping informed in the ordering process. But Deeray is a lifesaver! He is a flood of knowledge about the software in the CX-70. It would have taken me a least 2 hours to read the manual and make the personalization adjustments & phone connections that Deeray did even before we got the keys, plus all the face-to-face help, in 30 minutes.

Originally worked with Jovanny and came back to work with Scotty to find the right vehicle for our situation. Both Jovanny and Scott were professional and knowledgeable about different makes and models. Scotty was very patient with us and not aggressive by any means. Matt the sales manager was able also very solid in handling our purchase.
