    I have always purchased used cars in the past, but decided it was finally time to buy new! I'm so glad I chose to go to Della Subaru. Shae was the... saleswoman I dealt with and she did an excellent job at explaining all the functions of the car and made the overall buying process very pleasant and easy.     I owned a 2016 Subaru Forrester that went to "Subi Heaven" unexpectedly so I needed to buy a new car. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy... it was to go through Kara Kipp at DELLA Subaru. She did not pressure me. She was patient as I considered all my options and was so knowledgeable about all the many features of the new Ascent. Not only that, the finance team was also very easy to work with and very professional. After loosing my other car so unexpectedly, I really needed someone who would work with me and in a way that was not pushy. I could not have asked for a better experience. They are so kind and patient. They treat you like family.

    Recently my car began making a chirping sound. When I went in for my appointment on friday I was told that the sound was coming from the belts. After $175... and an hour later I left and continued to hear the noise. I turned around and told them that they did not fix the issue. They looked at the car for almost 2 more hours with no success (which caused me to be late to work). They told me that they needed to keep it for a few days to figure out the sound. I was told that they would call me and keep me updated. I had to call them repeatedly to get any information on what was happening. On wednesday the following week they said they found the issue. The air intake was on backorder, so they offered to charge me the same price for a used one. By monday it was fixed. This second repair costed me $712 after using a coupon. After leaving I found that the sound is STILL not fixed. This is not the first time I have had an issue with this specific subaru service department. Now that my warrantee is up I highly doubt that I will be back.
