I had a great experience leasing an Ioniq 5 with the help

I had a great experience leasing an Ioniq 5 with the help of Dustin Keller at Schomp! I stopped by a few months ago just to get a feel for the options, and Dustin stayed in touch without ever being pushy—just helpful and professional as different deals came and went. When the timing was finally right, he helped me work out an amazing deal, and the rest of the Schomp staff were equally easy to work with. It was clear throughout the process that his priority was my satisfaction, not a sale. I’d absolutely recommend working with him if you’re considering an Ioniq 5 or anything else at Schomp. Very happy with how all things turned out! Thank you again, Dustin!

I had am 11 o’clock appointment but Atilla already had a

I had am 11 o’clock appointment but Atilla already had a customer in his Office. He still tried to take care of me and he did , but I also could have come an hour later. You have an employee named Jazz who explained the new car to me, she is so good at her job I was so pleasantly surprised. She was patient, and professional. I give her an AAA RATING OTHERWISE I had a rental car I needed to return, it would have been nice if one of your employees would have been available to follow me to Avis. Instead I had to bother a neighbor, in the mean time Avis closed at 2 and I got there at 3 My new car was parked on the street in front of the dealership since the next day was Sunday. I was worried that the car would be stollen and my neighbor called me with the same concern, so we went and got it. ( that was the 4th trip) back and forth Atilla did a good job. From start to getting my new Tucson it took 7 hours due to your companies lack of service. Schomp Ford has a valet, maybe you should take a page out of their customer service.

Wow!

Wow! Best, hardest working, most honest vehicle salesperson I have ever dealt with in my three decades of driiving. This is my 8th vehicle I ever puchased. Of the eight I have owned in my lifetime, the last three I bought from a schomp dealership, who iI already knew are the best auto group to buy from. They made me less fearful of the car buying process overall. I was always completely satisfied w them and their service department when getting my scheduled maintenance. Kelsey was a pleasure to work with, being prompt in respose to my questions and super courteous. She was totally focused on helping find the perfect vehicle for us without being at all pushy or impatient in the least.. I won't ever buy from another salesperson as long as she's still selling cars!

Customer service was great from beginning to end, and Attila was kind, personable and not someone who was trying to push any hard sales tactics. We ended up leasing a 2025 Ioniq 5 SEL trim, and overall I love the car and I love the experience at Schomp. This is now the 4th car I have purchased from Schomp and I can't imagine shopping anywhere else.

Very easy to do business virtually and was able to get

Very easy to do business virtually and was able to get the deal that I was hoping for in an Ioniq lease. The $0 dealer fees definitely helped with getting the right deal and left a good impression on me. Nice clean dealership as well
