Good Truck, Dismal Service after Sale

Bought a used Toyota Tacoma. Turned out to be a great vehicle. Buying experience was friendly and supportive, but then it took weeks to get the tag, almost 3 months to get the title - after no-show appointment, uncountable unanswered phone calls, messages, promises and excuses.

No response to calls/texts. Are they still open?

I requested information on a vehicle listed on both cars.com and their website. Despite several emails, texts, and phone calls I received no response. I finally decided to drive over to see it. Contrary to the hours posted on their website and their office, no one was around. The vehicle wasn't there. In fact, they only had 3-4 cars in the lot total.

No response to calls/texts. Are they still open?

They made it simple to purchase

Excellent experience! I had issues at another dealership, and remembered Josh when my son was looking for his truck. I called him and he made everything as easy as possible. The truck that I had inquired about online was nice but I wanted leather seats. Josh sat me down at his desk and in a few minutes found me a rust free truck from Texas. He set up shipping and the truck was in my driveway before the weekend.

They made it simple to purchase

they were very patient with me and extremely helpful the whole time financing was easy and they delivered the car right to my door after hours.

Good dudes.

Super fair pricing for my ‘02 Subaru. Check engine light was on, and car wasn’t driving right but they got it fixed up through Sam at Fenton Auto Repair, and now it’s like butta.
