Where to start...? Ignore this dealership completely or this location particularly. If you are going to shop at Bayside just make the trip to Prince Frederick. This location is a distant location with no services. They can't perform maintenance services at this location, nor can they register any vehicles at this location. The service center and tax and tag title are at the Prince Frederick location. I purchased a vehicle and when purchasing they said I have a one-month 1000-mile warranty. I stopped them because their website said it was a 3-month 3000-mile warranty and they said, "I guess we have to accept that but it's not generally what we do" The salesman informed me the brakes are very loud but passed inspection and 3 days later the vehicle sits dead in my driveway. I get it running again and a week later I stop to get gas and it sits dead at the gas pump. I get ahold of the dealership and ask them to service my vehicle. They said "just go buy a battery" I went to three auto shops, and they said they don't carry my battery and I need to get it from a dealership. I reached back out and they wouldn't even get me a battery. I finally get one myself and they said bring them the receipt. I bring them a receipt and they said it would take a week to get the money because they have to send it off and get a check from another location (once again something they can't do there) I send my wife to go back a week later and no check after all they just gave her cash. I travel for work to 3 other states while the vehicle sits in the driveway not being driven. I come back and my temp tag is about to expire. I reach out and tell them my temp tag expires in a week and ask for an update on my registration or a new temp tag. Come to find out they never even sent off my registration paperwork and said they needed me to fill out some documents. Now my tags are expired. I get pulled over because temp tag is out while I'm supposed to be going on vacation with it. They said they can't issue a 2nd temp tag in Maryland. While on vacation and finally getting a chance to really drive it I notice the engine is misfiring along with still having the brake issue with a very loud squeal. So loud you could wake up the neighborhood. I get back, leave for work again and the day I got back I brought the car to the dealership in prince Frederick with the service center and said this car is misfiring and has a brake issue and I'm in my warranty window but it's about to expire. They look me up in the system and schedule me for today specifically. I show up, they inspected it saying multiple cylinders are misfiring and they would cover that but won't cover the brakes since they still have a lot of life left on them. They stated they talked to hollywood and said I was in my warranty window. They send me away saying they will call me back to schedule the service because it would take 3 hours. They scheduled me for day 91 and said my warranty expired on day 90 even though I went in days prior with the issue. I have text messages from within the window of them confirming my appointments. They denied doing any repairs and said they would be willing to repair it for $1500. I asked how we went from being good this morning to not being good this afternoon for the coverage and they stated it was all up to management at Hollywood location. I traded in a pristine car, very low miles with 0 issues that they sold within 4 days, to be left with this piece of junk. Avoid Bayside Auto Hollywood location completely. On top of everything mentioned. I've called them so many times over the 3 months just for them to always say "We will look into it and call you back" and NEVER call you back. You have to physically show up to get them to try and do something which they just say "we are working on it" the manager gave me his cell phone # specifically to text him about my previous issues only to get ignored on every text I sent him. 0 out of 5 stars for this shady dealership.

I bought a Camaro from them and i live out of state. They promised that i would get my SC tags in 2 months. Never got them. 5 months later after battling with them,still no tags.. But they charged me almost 2 thousand for taxes and tags.If your out of state. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Tom has a good attitude over the phone with false promises ! Never again! Lied all the way. Never followed up after he knew he could not do the trade in !

Go somewhere else they sold us an unsafe vehicle and all they did to help was cover themselves so on paper it looks good. Our experience has been a total nightmare and their response was that we were being unreasonable for expecting them to make it right. We could write a whole book on this nightmare. They are not vet friendly like they pretend to be. Go to Better Business Bureau you will see others made reports but they squash it. That’s what they did to us. We don’t doubt that they will squash this review too. I’m dusting off my boots and moving on.

I purchased this vehicle yesterday March 9th 2020 at Bayside in KGVA. Very impressed with the vehicle overall but haven't had a chance to put it through it's paces just yet. In terms of space to haul things - this van has a lot of space in back which, for me and my band is going to be awesome. Plus, I don't feel like I'm driving the soccer team grocery getter this thing has awesome styling, real power and nice handling and a tight turn radius too! We'll see how it does over time but first impressions are soaring right now. In all appearances it seems like it really checks off all the boxes for what I was looking for. And yes I am happy with the service I received at Bayside where I bought the van - a bit of confusion at first but ultimately everything worked out just fine. Happy with the financing too. And very happy with the price tag!

Had a great buying experience. Got all the numbers figured out over the internet by manager Mike Austin and was given exactly what i was told when i got there and more! The salesman Steve Thompson was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and the buying process. This was the fastest and smoothest vehicle purchase i have ever made. Highly recommend this dealership and will be back for my next vehicle!

Great experience
The staff was very accommodating but not pushy at all. Our salesman randy was great. We told him exactly what we were looking for and what price and monthly payment we wanted and he met everyone of our request. I always hate buying cars because salesman can be pushy and annoying not at bayside randy showed us cars then gave us space to make our own decision. The whole process was very efficient. Even the finance department was quick no bullying me to buy a bunch of extra stuff. I will be buying a truck in Jan and it will definitely be from randy at bayside Hollywood.

My husband is disabled and Ashley B and her coworker were very helpful in finding him a vehicle. They even were kind enough to bring the truck to our house and even let us sign the paperwork there. They went above and beyond.

Visited here Saturday 11/23/18. Was VERY interested in a jeep they had. The "Manage" [I won't embarrass him by using his name] offered me a "helluva deal" if I would buy that day. He shows me the 'top line' on the vehicle in question and how I can 'save' $3000 if I buy today. After viewing his "helluva deal" I look at where I have 'saved' the very same vehicle from an internet search and find his 'deal' price is $1400 ABOVE what was advertised on the internet. When I asked about this he starts some BS about "what you didn't notice was the $995 fee for 'whatever'...which he's 'not going to charge me for'. Even if that was the case it would STILL make it $600 more expensive than their internet ad. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME OR MONEY. There are MANY, MANY other dealerships who will GLADLY do HONEST business with you.
