When my wife and I pulled up to the dealership we were greeted by Tyrone, he graciously introduced himself and asked if there was anything in particular we were looking for, he showed us how the lot was layed out and let us know where we could find him if we were interested in anything and let us search around, we test drove multiple vehicles, in that time the sales manager introduced him self, the whole staff made us feel extremely comfortable, we expressed our concerns when we chose to apply on the vehicle we wanted with the loan process, they respected all of our concerns and made us feel At ease, we discussed what we we would like our payment range to be which was between 300 to 350, they were able to get it at 300 with a very low percentage loan, I can not express enough how wonderful our whole buying experience was and how much they made us fell at home from the time we showed up to the time we left. Will be doing future business there and will be recommending to everybody I know. Searched vehicle online, called and scheduled a short notice appointment for a 2012 RAV4 just off lease. Vehicle was priced near their cost and below surrounding area dealers and dealer gave free lifetime powertrain warranty. Purchase paperwork was very fast (cash purchase) and brought the vehicle home within 2 hours. We should have allowed the dealer to detail it as it was extremely dirty (3 years of pet hair took several hours of vacuuming at home) and missed out on a full tank of gas. For the stress free buying experience I'd purchase through Becky again.
