**BUYER BEWARE – SCAM SCAM SCAM ARTISTS** IF I COULD LEAVE A NEGATIVE STAR REVIEW I WOULD - I will be reporting a fraud claim under KRS 367.220 for violation of the Consumer Protection Act. FLETCHER MOTORS WILL TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF YOU GOING THROUGH A HARD TIME AND FORCE YOU INTO A VEHICLE. Started off by speaking to Brad over the phone about a vehicle they had on their lot, this vehicle according to Brad was in “great condition” “reliable” and had a backup camera. My first mistake was believing all of this and putting a $1,000 deposit down on this vehicle. To show up and see that the interior was in fact not true to the pictures posted, no back up camera, and low on oil! So now I am stuck at this dealership, or I lose $1,000 even though I was lied to over the phone. Look around at other vehicles and settle on a Chevrolet Trax. It is not what I wanted but within my price range and was the only vehicle in decent condition considering all of the vehicles have dents, scratches, filthy dirty inside and out, and/or broken parts. Within 2 days of leaving the dealership the car started leaking oil, which was pouring out from the top that the whole passenger side under neath was soaked with oil. The car obviously had not been running for quite some time on their lot and the engine had been cleaned so it wouldn’t show that it was pouring out. It only gets worse with this vehicle. 3 days after leaving the lot I use the wiper fluid, and the windshield wipers CRACK the windshield. This is because the windshield wipers (that they said needed replaced) didn’t need to just be replaced but weren’t even bolted in how they were suppose to. Not only is this reckless of them to sell a vehicle in this kind of condition but it could have turned out much worse considering the windshield cracked as I was driving down the road. When I brought this to their attention first the oil pouring out Brian said “oh well it isn’t pouring out it is seeping out” – Look at the oil all over your lot Brian – pouring/seeping same thing. The windshield cracking while driving according to Brian “wasn’t that big of a deal” “these things happen” “no way would it have shattered” after knowing me and my child went through a very traumatic car accident just weeks before. After asking for my money back, having people call for me to get more information since I was getting the run around, they offer to swap the vehicle out. I did not want to swap the vehicle to buy another DANGEROUS UNRELIABLE vehicle off their lot. Upon arriving I am not only told that they will only be speaking to me but Brad, who I initially spoke to doesn’t even bother acknowledging me. I ask if I leave with a vehicle if I can have an inspection done on it myself, Brian says yes you can. Brian is beyond rude and disrespectful and is completely annoyed by me asking to look at other vehicles and asking questions. I get eye rolls huffing and puffing and hateful remarks. I am pushed to purchase a 2010 Audi on their lot that I do not feel comfortable purchasing as it is expensive for upkeep I ask to test drive it with an eye roll I am given the keys. I am trying to see if the Bluetooth works as I was told it did but it in fact didn’t and Brian comes up to the vehicle to ask “what is taking so long” I explain the Bluetooth doesn’t work. Not only that but the check engine light is on. He says well are you even interested in the vehicle because I’m not going to check it if not. He then says oh it is just the back door as I watch him turn the check engine light off, I started it again later on and what do you know the check engine light comes on again. I look at another vehicle and decide it’s too big, ask to see another SUV and get another eye roll and he says “well this one is also big” and I ask to still see it turns out the A/C that is advertised that works in fact does not work and when I tell him he comes to check it like I am lying about hot air blowing out. You be the judge
I tried to trade with them on a 2011 BMW 328i for my 2001 Ford Lightning. It has a rebuilt title as it was wrecked when I bought it with 47k miles on it. I had the work done at a Ford dealership almost a decade ago and I have daily drove it for 60k miles. They told me they didn't want my trade at any amount. I got a bona fife offer for $9300 a week later from a dealer 4 miles down the road for $9300 the same day. I won't speculate on the reason and they didn't offer one. Waste of my time.

They fooled me
Bought a used car from them in 2021- was told about 2 minor issues that needed fixed. Paid cash, fixed the issues and added some new tires and such not even 2 months in car broke down, over thousand dollars to get fixed while in shop for over 2 months...this whole time I'm still waiting for the Title, them saying they can't get hold of guy the bought it from ( So they bought & sold me a car- suv they didn't even hold the title to!?!) Get car back not even couple months later another issue car back in shop- And STILL Having to Go to Them for TEMP TAGS EVERY MONTH As they STILL DON'T HAVE TITLE- Over another grand put into car..Get back same thing something else goes wrong been towed so many times- they know me by name, Long story short It just repeated I have drove the car less than its been the shop!!! And here we are 2023 remember I ALWAYS had to HO TO THEM FOR TEMP TAGS, This Whole time- Car is broke down again has been last few months & I'm goung through SS Disability so haven't had the funds to fix whatever is wrong this time- so haven't had a vehicle to even leave my home, to get my medications or my Dr.Appts & medical procedures I have every 3 weeks, have to beg for rides from my Ex's family as All my family lives in Alaska & Hawaii- Need to sell it, do I can possibly get a new car BUT STILL DON'T HAVE TITLE FROM FLETCHER'S!!! Now I just need to get something that will get me around and Not be in shop or sitting in my driveway Not working, and putting more money into car than even paid for it. I thought they- FLETCHER'S were going to be different as they were great & friendly but it seems they took me for a ride. Anyone out there know how how I can get my title? And be rid of vehicle- any Help Appreciated!!!

Buyers BEWARE
I purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport (as is) May 2021 ,11 months ago, for $8300 It ran for 5 months before it broke down Nov. 2021 My fiancé and I never imagined it would need a new engine! We tried to handle it without bothering Fletchers but it wouldn’t have done any good to call them back then anyway because Steve Fletcher told me today “it ran 5 months I told you if anything happens in the first week you could bring it back.” Apparently 5 months is a good run? We walked in our local mechanics and asked when he could take a look.He was booked until after holidays. My fiancé and I tried changing spark plugs, coils and put a new battery on.After holidays and kids birthdays (age 1 & 3) we were too broke to pay for the mechanic to look at it and we waited until April 2022 to have it towed over and looked at.To our surprise we need a new engine! It will cost THOUSANDS to fix. I stay home with my children and we DONT have money like that for a engine to be replaced I put 9,000 miles on my Jeep and now it will continue sitting while I make monthly payments for the next two years because I will not sacrifice my credit.I asked Fletchers to pay half for repairs but they will NOT help.Said good luck with my bad review but I say good luck to anyone who gives them their hard earned $$$$ truly a shame they sold us a lemon. And while you say you couldn’t have known, well Steve, you could help my poor little broke family repair the shiny piece of crap you sold us. My kids love going to the park and on adventures but it’ll be a while before I can ever save up the kind of money that needs sunk in this Jeep. Thanks for absolutely nothing. What a shame.
