    Drove in from Appleton WI for my Mercedes GL Bluetec and frankly I couldn’t be any happier. Vehicle was all serviced and clean for me to pick up. No stories,... no fuss. Will definitely be back in the future when I’m in the market again.

    I took the car for repairs, a 2005 Saab convertible. The owner totally miss diagnose the problem and charged us $1900. He gave us the car supposedly repaired... but the car was not in a driving condition. It was much worse than when we took it in for repair. So, we took it back. It took him 3 month to fix it and charged us another $2000. We ended up paying more than the value of the old car. We had no choice since we had already paid the first $1900! So, think twice before using this shop. I'd strongly avoid it!!

    Dear Gustavo, At Autosport Inc. we strive to always help our customer and make their experience great. This is how we've earned a loyal following and ...near perfect scores everywhere else! The problem is very CLEAR. You own a 20 year old SAAB, that was never properly maintained! Your first visit with us OVER 3 YEARS AGO when we performed maintenance we had forewarned you about the leaks and the possible issues! Your 2nd visit with us this past winter the vehicle needed a full tune up regardless of any diagnose because that's just the first place you start when you have a 20 year old vehicle with original spark plugs. Your service bill actually included a full detail, trim pieces, and a broken tail light replacement. Your vehicle also experienced the common issues with every SAAB and their engine computers and sent the entire car haywire, we once again communicated with your wife on what needed to be done. We were very cost conscious, we worked tirelessly and once again no appreciation is given here after your bill was heavily discounted. Your wife also drove our courtesy car the entire time, at times even out of state! at NO CHARGE! We worked with you and your wife from the beginning, you had every opportunity to contact us if you had any issues or questions. You never communicated with your wife, as she was 100 percent aware of the situation. If you had any questions, you could have simply called! We find this review a coward act as your bill was much less than what it should have been. We hope you can find some dignity to remove this down the road, as our loyal customers know exactly who we are, and the 1st class service we offer! We want to thank all of our customers across for their business and loyalty!

    Went to look at a BMW 3 series coupe last night, after shopping around for days I finally found what I was looking for. Everything they have looked very... clean and I noticed they also perform service which is a plus for me. I am normally not the one that has to go to the dealer for everything. Looks to be a 5 person operation and they are on top of it. Highly recommended.. Seems like they also buy for many other bigger dealers in the area so there's a huge price advantage. I will be back for my wife later this year.
