Went in for the ABS recall.

Went in for the ABS recall. Got halfway home and noticed a parking brake warning light on the dash. Called the dealership and told them about it. The said they forgot to clear the codes and to bring it back. Cost me an extra hour and a half of driving and fuel to come back. This is the fourth time I’ve used them for service to have an issue with the work completed. It is the closest dealership to me, so I wish they could give more emphasis on doing good work, instead of rushing through it.

Let me ask you a question, have you ever researched cars for over a month and knew exactly what you wanted? I did but wasn’t comfortable arguing that point. Although I did not purchase from this dealership, I did still get the deal I wanted from Dodge after Daeton & Ernesto graced me with such patience! Daeton gave me the amount of confidence I needed in order to demand what I wanted, I wish it would have been with him but I had my mind set. I’ll refer anyone I know to those two *snaps fingers*

I recently purchased a 2025 Ram Limited Night Edition

I recently purchased a 2025 Ram Limited Night Edition from Platinum Chrysler Ram in Terrell TX. The entire team from the Sales Associate to the Sales Manager was great. This was absolutely the Most Difficult dealership that I

This was absolutely the Most Difficult dealership that I have ever had to deal with from the sale, service and administration. We had to make contact with the Owner of the dealership to get anything accomplished and that was even challenging. As it stands on this day I would Never recommend this entire dealership and its lack of customer service to anyone. I am very sorry I purchased a vehicle from this company and the customer service was beyond unacceptable. I hate to leave to leave a review so negative but I would not want anyone to experience what we went through with this vehicle.

11/20/2024, I had taken my Jeep Compass 2019 in for a

11/20/2024, I had taken my Jeep Compass 2019 in for a diagnostics, which I was informed would take a couple days and had to leave my vehicle. On 11/22/2024, I headed up to the service department to pick up my vehicle. I had a conversation with the service rep (Mike), He was extremely nonchalant and rude. After providing me the keys to my vehicle, he told me to go find it. He didn’t know where it was within the dealership & he wasn’t going to bring out my car. It was 50 degrees outside, my fiancé, myself and 2 kids (4y/o and 3 mo) lapped the dealership 3 times on foot, once in our own vehicle and 1 time in the tow truck with no employee assistance. Not 1 EMPLOYEE HELPED US. We went back in the service area 3 times explaining to them we could not find my vehicle. After 20-30mins of walking around, frustrated, cold, tired and in disbelief of the treatment we received, we finally found my vehicle. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and will not be purchasing or bringing any vehicle back for a service there again.
