Fraudulent Dealer with Lack of Good Morals!

Bought a CPO 2021 Nissan Rogue on 11/30/23 w/ 42k miles. CPO paperwork says it passed all fuel related part/component checks as part of the CPO checklist. My sales person Aaron filled up the gas in the car before I left the dealer. Well, in less than 48 hours after leaving the dealership and less than 150 miles driven, on 12/2, the check engine lights on, engine is rough idling and shuttering, making loud noises, and struggling to start the engine. I had the CE codes read at Autozone. There were CE codes for multiple cylinder misfire or fuel problems, codes PO300-PO304 and PO456. I brought my car to the dealer for service on 12/4. I saw in my CPO warranty that under power train and engine the parts should have been covered based on what the check engine codes were. Later on 12/4, I get a call from Daniel (in services) that they found "cloudy fuel that appeared contaminated and they didn't know what it was and had not seen it before." Was asked if I put fuel in it. I informed them I had not but Aaron my sales person filled up the tank before I left the dealership when he sold it to me. Received a 2nd call back from Daniel again who shared that Nissan cannot cover the contaminated fuel problem as it passed the CPO check and the right gas was put into it. Since the contaminated gas was a problem found after I drove it off the lot and took ownership and it was not clear how the contaminated gas was there, it was on me and then quoted me $900+ to fix and clean fuel tank only. Coincidence that 48 hours or less after leaving the dealer there would be a fuel related issue that is not covered under warranty? There is no way in xxxx! I later was informed that whoever works test drove the car said "it seemed to be running ok." What the f*xx! How the xxxx is a check engine light with rough idling and clearly contaminated fuel, not a problem with vehicle safety or operation? I want Nissan to fix my car and make it right or take it back and give me my $11k trade in vehicle!

Disaster and Disappointment.

Sold us a Lemon...2021 Nissan Rogue. Recall,on brakes, airbags, paint was coming off....most deadly was a fuel leak,so strong...it made us sick. Then the vehicle's electrical system and Rogue just stopped working. This was a brand new vehicle we paid for over a year and a half. They lied about everything. I can't trust Orrson Nissan West. A very dangerous situation, because of the fuel leak. We really got...scammed.

They strip the CPO and keep the money in house?

I bought a Certified Pre Owned truck . Recently took it to a local dealer in TN to get work done and they informed me that I do not have a CPO. Because I buy many cars, I saved all ads, emails and paperwork that proves I paid for a CPO warranty and these crooks are not even responding to me. I am now retired and will not let this go. If they do not honor their agreement, I will sue. It sounds like many buyers had this happen so I will talk to my attorney about a class action. Stay tuned……….

Worst experience ever

I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata with them on June 1, 2022 my sales person was Reggie he was absolutely great to work with, he got me in and out!! Here is the catch on July 7th exactly 37 days later my engine locked up. So I now have to get a whole new motor and I have a power train warranty on my vehicle. I spoke to Hyundai who is responsible for fixing my vehicle but they informed me that my vehicle wouldn’t be fixed for months to come and they have no loaner cars. They also told me they have vehicles in their shop that has been there since February for the same problem and it’s 50 people in front of me to get a loaner car. So now I’m back to square 1 calling Nissan orr who I purchased the vehicle through seeing I haven’t had it not even 45 days. They didn’t seem to care at all, their telling me they don’t have any loaner cars and on top of it all I’m still responsible to make my car payments every month. I’m a single mother of 2 and went to them because I thought I was purchasing a reliable car! Now I’m stuck with no car, no way to work, no way to transport my children! This has been the worst experience ever. I will not refer anyone to them at all!

You better keep an eye on these guys or you will b

Stay away from these clowns, unless you love problem's, they don't like accepting any responsibility for their actions and act like it is all your fault

Most rude service manager I’ve ever dealt with

Orr Nissan West May 18, 2021 amandag1820 "Do NOT get service here. I did like this dealership the..." Do NOT get service here. I did like this dealership the best but the service guy just tried to tell me that I don’t have a Nissan extended warranty and I do. They also didn’t test drive my car last time. Just found out today. I told them my steering wheel was making a noise and they just did the alignment no test drive no nothing. What a bummer. I was about to buy a brand new rogue there too in a couple months. Update: Okay so I go here another time because something was still wrong with my car and it’s tilting to the right and left on the highway. I though it was still the alignment so I went under the store manager Mark after talking with him because he made a comment saying my car is perfect and said something about being 99k. Well that makes me think they’re trying to mess me on the warranty so I had it checked at Bob Moore. They said something isn’t right and is looking at it tomorrow. I then talked to Kim because CJ said I didn’t have an extended warranty and I do through Nissan. I’ll admit I might be a little loud when I’m trying to get my point across, but I never cussed at her trying to explain anything. I was needing the alignment check paper because Mark told Kim he gave it to me and he did not. I called the store on i240 and they told me they kept the alignment checks. So I texted Kim and told her, “ I called the other Orr on i240 and the guy that works service there said you all save those alignment checks for several weeks and can look it up by the VIN to get a copy.” Well, five minutes later MARK THE MANAGER calls and screams at me and would NOT let me explain anything. And told me to find a new dealership and hung up. He said Kim said I was rude, but I really wasn’t. She even said she would call me back, but had Mark instead. I have never been so appalled at a car dealership in my life. I was CRYING when he screamed at me and my husband could hear him screaming at me sitting some feet away. I have owned two Nissans and I even thinking about changing brands over this whole ordeal. I would like it if the GM would call me because there’s no corporate office to call. And when I get my car looked at tomorrow I’ll update this and put what was wrong with it since you say nothing is at all. That guy Mark though. He needs to be fired. I have never been treated so bad by a business. I’m still shaken up honestly. They even made a new Google page after I put my review on there if that tells you anything.

No good

Found the truck I wanted for 24999. And charged 4000 for extended warranty. I put 2000 down and 1800 trade in . Wound up having to pay 29999 .5000 more than advertised. That was with down payment and trade in. Canceled the warranty in January to get full refund and still have not received it. Don't buy anything from them. Called many time and all they do is take my number and never call.

First time potential buyer feedback

Mr Kenneth jackson was very courteous and respectful. He was well informed about the vehicle I was trying to purchase and answered all my questions and inquiries patiently. I definately recommend him for future purchases. Very professional and not too pushy.
