Buying a new car and service department visit

Brett is an amazing guy, super helpful and made the process of buying a new car easy for me. Trevor in the service department is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help make a bad situation into a great experience for me. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THEY LIE!!

Don’t believe their lies about doing a “soft pull” on your credit by only them. I trusted them, and believed everything they told me. They sent my credit out to multiple companies. Why couldn’t they just be honest? Everything I was told was a lie. I am beyond pissed.

Saleswoman Krissy at Orr Nissan

Krissy was very helpful and understanding of my needs for a new car.. She’s very personable and easy to talk to, and a great asset to Orr Nissan.

Get it in writing.

Bought a Rogue from ORR east, was told they would pay for half the tag they under estimate the cost of the tag, by a few hundred dollars, called them told them of this they just gave many excuses why they didn’t owe me any more money, I made be old but when a man tells me this company would do this and shakes my hand that means that is his word, I was wrong.hope this review help other people know to trust this company must get it in writing.

Worst Dealership Ever

This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. From Mary in sales to the sales manager they were very rude and did not do what they said they were going to do. I asked to speak with the owner and was denied that request by the sales manager. That tells me that they do not care about being professional and keeping their word.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLACE TO BUY A NISSAN

I bought a new Nissan Rogue and the service I received was awesome and quick and no games. I was not there for hours like I have waited at other dealers. Mgr. Mike Pierce was very professional and helpful in making making it easy and no pressure. I got to take my time to look everything over.

Pissed off. Never again will I buy or send busines

This place is a joke . Spent 25k there and was told that I could call and get an appointment for oil changes and they decided to change the policy to fit their own needs. Do not buy a car here. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

This is some xxxxxxxx, they bring you in and talk a good game, they tell you if you bring someone they will give you $200 if they make a sale. Well I brought my daughter in to purchase a vehicle, but then when I asked about the money they said that was not part of the deal after stringing me along for several weeks saying they were working on it. Secondly they fill out their surveys giving themselves great ratings trying to lure you in with free gas. I will never shop with them again because if you can't stand on your word you ain't xxxx to me.

Avoid at all costs...or it will cost you.

Terrible service after the sale. Purchased my vehicle 4 April 2019. It never has run right and they refuse to help. they supposedly fixed it before I bought it, but apparently not. I am already $500 out of my own pocket trying to get it fixed and it still doesn't run well. Avoid this place.

Amazing!!!

The new owners have made a big difference everyone from front desk, sales, finance even service is amazing. Very helpful and friendly!!! Give them a call you wont be disappointed
