I have bought 2 cars from here and they made an error my

I have bought 2 cars from here and they made an error my most recent purchase, or so I thought. They overcharged me 2000 + tax on the agreed advertised price. They admitted to it and try to make excuses on why they had to do that. Either way it is illegal to overcharge a price advertised in the the state of CT. I tried to work it out with them but was met with resistance and a bad attitude by Jake who clearly doesn't have any good customer service skills. At least Chris was still trying to make it seem legit but at the end of the day it is illegal and wrong. Now I will be seeking further action to rectify there swindling of extra money from the less fortunate.

Dylan was friendly and professional and upfront with out-the-door pricing. My daughter's car died and was unfixable. We needed something affordable and quick. Dylan showed us a number of great cars and let us test drive everything we wanted. My daughter loves her choice. Dylan made it happen and was awesome to work with. And he made sure that everything was checked twice before we left with a new car. Thank you so much!

He sold us travel trailer that was “like new”.

He sold us travel trailer that was “like new”. It had so much damage by mice. Horrible. He took a mattress pad out of the loft and supposedly held it for us. We returned from Tulsa and he made plans to meet us. Never showed and put us off for over 3 hours. Got mad at us and told us our trade had been wrecked. It had not. Wouldn’t answer phone during those hours we waited. Run from this dealer.

Patrick was awesome

The experience was amazing. My husband and I walked around for a few and here came Patrick the amazing car salesmen with a wonderful approach my question to him was are you ready to sell a car. He made the experience easy. He helped us pick the car that fit right for our needs. he was friendly honest and most importantly he saved us money . I’d recommend you guys go check him out.

DONT BUY HERE

These guys xxxxxxxx at this dealership. Definitely not professional whatsoever ever. Sold the car from underneath me was on the way to the dealership. I would recommend you going to a dealership that accepts the posit because you guys may have the same experience as me where the car gets sold on you. They are so bad they don't even deserve one star. Hope you guys heed the warning.

Classy

Patrick is the MAN. Smart buy auto sales is lucky to have a colleague working with them. My daughter’s first official car purchase was exceptional. Patrick treated my daughter with such kindness and shared his knowledge and explained everything clearly. I’m one grateful mom to know that my daughter drove off their lot in her new car worry free.
