Car was listed in great condition....went to the car lot....the car had broken drivers window, ran ruff when started, looked under hood and coolant leaking,ran... AC and no cold air at all...waste if my time and effort going to this dealer....stay away if you want your money's worth...
Telling you on the phone car is excellent just come. And when you come you realize how bad a car could be .Time and Money wasters.
Magic auto sales has down to earth people, come with your own knowledge you will leaves pleased up front salespeople. Also they love referrals that's how... their business grows. I referred someone and revived cash on spot. Gets my recommendation for a first used buyer. (Discount code: RED HONDA)
Stay far away as they do not deserve any of your business. I had a deal on a car with Sal over the phone and told him I could pick up on a certain day.... I had already given a deposit. When I asked him the following day to send me paperwork he texted me that he sold the car to someone else. Afterward he would not even pick up the phone to talk to me when I tried calling numerous times. What a dishonest bunch of characters. I see now that I am certainly not the first to have major problems with them. Do not buy from them.
I went to New Jersey to magic Auto sales looking for a used car and I came across a Ford focus SES... Everything went smoothly car had a flat tire so they... went and purchased a new tire for me and put it on and I gave them my payment they just did the bill of sale and the title and put on temporary plates on the car . so my overall experience with magic Auto sales was very very good for me and I walked away as a happy customer
I called several times about this 2006 Land Rover . Very beautiful online pictures. They like yes it’s available come to our site. I finally get there... a few days later and see the truck and just like the photos beautiful. Everything clean working besides a few minor buttons missing on the radio. I’m trying to pay half the money and finance the rest which was $2500 down $2500 finance. They deny me for whatever reason didn’t explain just said my credit wasn’t good enough after the ad says just show your pay stubs , license and bank statement which they asked for none of that they ran a full credit check through my social. Anyways forget it I have the money I’m willing to pay the xxxx with it let’s take it for a test drive . We didn’t get 200 feet from the lot and the truck wouldn’t drive it was stalling and I had to put it in park then drive again to drive any further ! This happened 3 more times and we didn’t go but in a circle to and from the lot!!! The man looks at me and says sorry the transmission is about to blow I can’t sell you the truck! Like wow put me through all that and didn’t even have knowledge that the truck was no good ! Also I asked was a mechanic on the premises he told me no! Once I got out and other buyers started showing up he kindly avoided me and serviced the other ppl with a look of fear on his face that I would start talking to him in ear shot of the others to here what just happened to me! He gave me this look like goodbye and never offered to help me any further! Before I test drove he did offer me other cars however it was nothing I was interested in but again before the bad experience he was willing to help me find a car before not after! I would still recommend this place however after telling my experience and also advising that they bring a mechanic along! I can’t say all the cars are bad but they are over priced and not maintained good enough to be selling them to people. I go back on the site and the 2006 Land Rover for $4000 is still there the price is not adjusted and it’s not saying the transmission is about to blow!!! I wish I could remember the guy name who was “helping “. But I don’t !! I just feel that they should have worked a little more professional with me and had some empathy knowing I really had my heart set on the Land Rover and or to purchase a car that day! People are up here saying that the bad reviews are BS however I believe that these ppl really had a bad experience and if you didn’t lucky you. Overall I would probably still go back but with a mechanic period.
I bought a car that has engine light on they said you can fix it i tried to but the car is irreparable they can be really manipulating when it comes to... money
The car I was looking at had no gas, the lot was barely lit and they are a cash-only business. They agreed to put some gas in the car for a test drive,... but then told me we could only drive a 2 block radius due to their insurance. Never heard of such a thing. The car ended up having a serious mechanical issue but I didn't feel comfortable buying anything from them anyway.
I intentionally sent my son and daughter to shop for a car that looked good online to see how they would be treated. They were treated as I had hoped they... would not, Magic salesperson hoped he could take advantage of them by treating as novices. The car they wanted to look at needed to be jumped to start (this was a VERY late model car) but of course there was a reason, however upon asking for a test drive they were told they had to fill out papers for financing (was in the car business on the not shady side and this is a classic way to try to upsell those who can't afford the car they want you to buy). My children were born at night but not last night so they told the manger we were paying cash and were allowed to test drive the car. HUGE SURPRISE, the car ran terribly and we won't be returning for a purchase. I have noticed this negative trend over the last year based on the reviews, my guess is a change of ownership. Hey ownership if you are reading this and did not change you might want to see what has.
This place is run by a bunch of crooks. They sold me a car for $4,250, that I thought just needed new tires (the previous owner had winter tires on it),... but it turns out the shocks, struts, and brakes all needed to be replaced due to rust. They hadn’t bothered to check. Another $3,000 spent. The title also took three weeks to show up (of course, I had to go back to pick it up b/c a stamp is too expensive for them...), AND IT WAS IN THEIR xxxxING NAME! I had to go to the dmv to sort this xxxx out. Turns out they sold the car without a title, which is sketchy, at best. xxxx these guys, I hope their business burns to the ground.
