DONT BUY HERE!!!!!

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! Very unprofessional staff. Very rude and this was my first time here. They play around and talk all day instead of doing what they are supposed to do which is to help customers. After reading all the reviews and seeing a lot of the same thing smd worse and actually receiving my paystub that I needed for the car I was planning to get. I ended up deleting my account canceled everything and took my business elsewhere and got a even better car with excellent and PROFESSIONAL customer service again ELSEWHERE! And since they lie and play so much im glad I didn't get that car the probably lied about its condition as well. These people will lie and scam you and then cop attitudes with you. Its pathetic and disgusting!

I purchased a vehicle on 10/19/2019. When I picked the car up, I was told that the car had just gone through a safety inspection. It had 0 radiator fluid in the radiator and a cv axle that needed replacing. I was assured by the GM Justin that they would make it right, repair the axle and be sure there was not any radiator damage. It is now a month later and I still do not have my car. While my car was at Carmax, an employee was allowed to put 400 miles on my car and got into an accident with it. Just the GM called me on 11/12 to tell me that my car was all ready and had just gone through detail. He offered to have the car towed to my home. I declined and advised him that I would come and pick it up. A couple of hours later a tow truck was dropping my wrecked Infiniti Q50 off in my driveway. The front bumper and grill are cracked and damaged. There are scratches and paint damage on every side of my car. The interior had garbage and a womans jewelry in it, and the interior has black grease in it. It appeared that someone just splashed radiator fluid all over the engine. I filed a police report and was told by both Justin at the dealership and carmax corporate that all they are willing to do is repair my car and pay one months payment. I was told that i was being unreasonable when I specified that I want the car repaired with Infiniti factory parts. My car is still sitting and repairs have not even begun. I also specified to Justin at Carmax that I do not want Kenny the service Manager driving my car again, as it appears that he is the person that most likely got into the accident with my vehicle. I was told that my car was being towed back and forth to the Infiniti Dealership for repairs when it was actually Kenny driving back and forth. When I called Infiniti to confirm that my car was there again on 11/15 they said that Kenny drove it there again. I simply want a resolution. I want my car repaired to the condition it was in when I purchased it, and I want to be compensated for the mileage and the all of the hassle that I have had to deal with. Carmax has absolutely taken advantage and I can only imagine how many other people they have done this to.
