After my terrible experience or being lied to on the phone multiple times by sales reps and told that the car was there when it was sold almost 2 days... ago, I wasted an entire day driving from Boston to Peabody to be told the car had been sold, after I explicitly had asked them if the car was available multiple times. Please don't waste your time and energy going to this place, better off paying more money for a car closer to home.
Sold me a junk car for 12,000 and I ended up having to put in $3,000 plus into repair 2 months later car only had 80,000 miles
We do not have any records of selling any vehicles to a Josh, never mind the fact that any vehicle sold by our dealership with the mileage you stated ... it has would have a 60 day warranty on it, which would mean that our dealership would have been responsible for the repairs you are claiming. We respect every customers opinion, but we dont believe this review to be from an actual customer.
My search for a jeep brought me to Auto Factory in Peabody and im glad it did, service was exceptional, the car was exactly as advertised and you cant... beat the price. If your in the market, check em out.
DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT waste you’re time at this place or especially do business with Brian. I found a vehicle I wanted online went in took a look... at it and decided yes this is the one I was looking for I would love to have it. Started filling out all the paperwork signed over everything including trading in my old vehicle and signed over the title. BEFORE leaving I was then informed the car does NOT have a clear title yet but they’re “working on it”. No worries I waited it was understandable they just received the vehicle it’s a popular model it was a quick sale. Almost three weeks later I receive a letter in the mail saying I have a payment due but no vehicle. Call up Auto Factory wondering what the deal is because I should not have to pay for something that I still do not have. I’m getting the run around saying they don’t know if they are getting a title the previous place won’t release it etc. owner of Auto Factory calls me and tells me that they would like to cancel the deal and I should come in to get my deposit back and title of the old vehicle. Fine so I drove and when I walked in not a single person approached me everyone came and saw I was standing waiting and walked away. BRIAN finally came over with a hostile attitude asking if I’m all set and I said I called I am here for my refund and the title of my old vehicle and he goes and sits back down at his desk. I waited some more. Finally he goes and gets my things and starts refunding the card I used to have it not work which he needed to go get assistance. I then get the title back and I am asking why it is stamped and signed and how I can get this removed as my father is trying to talk to them on the phone as well. Brian starts being a real piece of work when he starts talking as if this is my fault and he did no wrong because HE messed up HE sold a car without a clear title and cannot own up to his mistakes. I asked him to stop talking to me the way he is it is unacceptable and to get away from me and to speak to someone that was higher than him which was the operations person who was as helpful as could be. Brian would still not stop being hostile, arrogant, and pretty much acting like none of this was his fault. I told him he should be embarrassed the way he speaks to customers and female for that matter he laughed and said “well look at what you’re doing”. Yes this is what I am doing because I wasted three weeks thinking I was getting a vehicle for them to tell me they can’t sell it and it’s going back. ANYONE would be just as aggravated and upset if this has happened to them and a sales rep was so poor at customer service. Don’t waste you’re time here and don’t do business with Brian.

I needed a new car quickly, but I didn't want to be rushed into getting something I didn't want. The first thing I noticed was that I was able to browse... the lot at Auto Factory without someone rushing out and trying to sell me something. Brian was extremely helpful, knowledgable and got me what I wanted, including financing. Thumbs up.

went there to look at a few trucks, seemed like a great place, price, ppl,experience, all seemed great! after deciding on a vehicle and getting a fair... price on my trade we had a verbal agreement on the price of a $30 k vehicle.... got all the $ together and they decided not to honor the price given" which was less than $980 off sticker price" plus wanted to charge an additional $500 for additional fees..."paper and ink"... I believe they may have sold said vehicle out from under me. Do Not Fall For Their Nice Guy Image... they will Lie to you for a few $... lost slot of buisness frome me!

However we want to make clear to you and anyone who... reads this that we never had a"verbal agreement" on a price of a vehicle at our dealership. We do not negotiate prices here so the idea that we somehow did not "honor" $980 off sticker price does not make sense. Auto Factory makes car buying easy! I had the pleasure of working with Steve and he was helpful, patient and never pressured me! I would definitely purchase... from here again and would recommend anyone who is looking for a used vehicle because you can’t beat their prices! Financing with them was a super easy process too.
Long story short, car was not cleaned like they persisted it would. DONALD kept being pushy for us to do a 5 star review and did not focus on our car purchase.... Made appt. to pick up car at 10am and did not leave till 2pm with car. Sent brother to get a car from the lot bc the cars are priced fairly but he was treated so rudely from the moment he spoke to DONALD. Was treated like he was incompetent but he really needed the car so he persisted to just get the car and be done. When 3 days go by after purchasing a car, my brother goes by to inquire about his vehicle and was cut a check by the owner of his down payment. Poor customer service all around.
