The only think that I have say is service the last time I

The only think that I have say is service the last time I was there was terrible because had a oil change appointment at 10 only got out 2 and half hours later and was because I complain and they did a half fast job. Ask to check my brake sensor they did not do that.

I would definitely recommend the Sawyer Lyons Buick GMC

I would definitely recommend the Sawyer Lyons Buick GMC of Randolph. My sales woman Megan Vrandenburg was the best I have ever worked with! She listened to all my wants and needs. Stayed within my budget and she provided me with five star service from beginning to end. Seamlessly, showing her professionalism, knowledge and gaining a very satisfied customer.

this one of.. if not all time worst treatment when purches of a vehicle... I recently financed a Buick Enclave from Sawyer Lyons Buick GMC of randolph... and let me tell Everyone... Please Do NOT!!! ...go there.. Evpecting Excellent service... be the car I bought from them had a Faulty carfax Report.... the tire sensor would not shut off the Engine light came on after driving the car there was No Auto Stop Button in the car .. and most importantly... I only had the Car for 4 days.. I decided to bring the car back...for Which they told me to fix on my own.... they refuse to take back the car and not even talk with...the managers Brett & George didnt want to budge or even talk with me.... again i recently purcheds a 2018 Buick Enclave ... I thought every thing was nice and Smooth but turned out ....xxxxxxxx And xxxxed Up...So please becarefull when your buying or looking into purches a vehicle from Sawyer Lyons Buick GMC of Randolph

I have never worked with this dealership prior and upon my connection with one of their veteran Sales Reps, George Gregory, who was professional, knowledgeable, and above all HONEST, I knew I found a home for purchasing my next vehicle. From his first point of contact to the test drive, and then working with his team, a phenomenal package was offered and between George finding me the exact car I was looking for in the Buick Encore GX and the total value experience, I knew this was my dealership moving forward. It’s not always the easiest to change car brands and dealerships but I could not be more happier with my decision to work with George and his wonderful colleagues at Sawyer Lyons Buick GMC! -John G.

Was interested in a truck they had for sale at decent

Was interested in a truck they had for sale at decent price. When I spoke to the salesman, they had nearly $2000 in hidden "fees" they tack on to the sale- $1000 reconditioning fee and $800 Doc fee (for a truck I was going to transfer and register myself out of state).
