Sawyer Lyons Buick GMC of Randolph Hours
Sawyer Lyons Buick GMC of Randolph....A different kind of car dealership....IT ALL STARTS WITH GOOD INTENTIONS....
We actively nurture a culture where honesty and respect thrive. We guide careers and help people grow. We simultaneously foster both collaboration and debate. Intelligence wins the day here. Egos are cut down at the knees. We value transparency. If we had to explain the method behind all this madness, it would be this; We believe Integrity is actually a competitive business advantage. There’s a reason why we are able to attract and retain the most talented people in the business; because our intentions are good.
The question is, Can you get to great, meaningful work without doing right by your clients, or your people? The answer is once. Maybe twice. But then you would most certainly have to go out and find some new employees to lure into your web and a new client to sell a bill of goods to.
And that is exactly how we DON’T do it. Because, well, you know. Our Intentions are good.
DOING RIGHT DETERMINES WHAT WE DO.
"A Different Kind of Dealership"
Would never recommend this dealer ship to anyone. Bought a new 2019 Yukon Xl from them in August... the purchase wasn’t smooth but not going to go into... that. Unfortunately after only having the car a few days the tail light was broken (not by them). Sawyer Lyons was nice enough to give me a discount on the light and put it in for free... if I’d know the craftsmanship of their work I’d happily paid a different dealership to do the work. While installing the light they gouged the bumper in several spots, Sal (service manager) informed me this wasn’t the quality of their work and assured me that it would be fixed. When I returned to pick it up I noticed that you could still see the scratches in the bumper but they were now silver (the color of the car) you could see exactly where the paint had been applied and it looked awful. There was also over spray covering the ENTIRE CAR. Do to them spotting in the paint they had also voided my GM bumper paint warranty. Next I talked to Chris Tracy (was told he’s the GM) —- Not a single apology—- when I pointed out how bad the bumper looked he proceeded to tell me the place where —They— had my car painted would warranty it... considering we travel full time... a warranty in NJ on a crappy paint job, on my brand new car is no good to me. They sent it back to the paint and body shop... they repainted the bumper and removed -SOME- of the over spray. When we picked it up the next time SAL nor CHRIS bothered to come out of their offices to make sure things were done right (and they weren’t). We made it very clear that yet again there were still issues with the bumper and there was still over spray on the car. We took the car to another GM collision repair shop to get their opinion and an estimate on repairs and they agreed things could have and should have been done better. When GM reached out to Sal at Sawyer Lyons in regards to this issue -according to GM- he said we were completely satisfied with everything when we picked up the vehicle—- wrong answer Sal! How would you know when you wouldn’t even come out of your office? I have the whole pickup recorded (because I quickly realized your a lier) and you can clearly hear and see we were anything but satisfied.
Entire staff was great to work with. It was very easy to get a deal done. Would go back to them again to purchase another car.
Great people. Very friendly with excellent service department
I couldn't believe the honesty and transparency. I saw exactly what the profit was on the car and thought it was a fair deal all around.
This was not only the worst car buying experience, but overall human experience. The people that work here as well as the people that are senior managers... here are flat out manipulators, liars and bullies. As a single mother I was disrespected and even threatened throughout the entire experience. I regret not waking away from the purchase, but it seemed too late. Avoid this place at all costs.
I have had to take my SUV into the dealership twice this month for check engine light issues. Both service appointments were handled by Jose. Jose was... pleasant to work with and I presume my issues have all been taken care of. The dealership was able to get me in for servicing quickly but wouldn't grant me a loaner car requested for the second service. I would only recommend going forward that a loaner car be something that this dealership offer for repairs that could take a day or longer.
I think this is the first dealer who actually told me I didn't need something! I have 29,000 miles on my car and got 2 nails in a single tire that couldn't... be repaired. I had always been told to replace 2 tires at the same time. Nope, not this place! They looked at my other tires and said I "could" but didn't have to in their opinion. So appreciated , especially since it was right after Christmas.
