Stay away from these scammers!

Stay away from these scammers!! They sell wrecked cars they’ve bought, fixed them in their own shop, and sell as a non wrecked vehicle!! The entire passenger side was full of bondo!! Found out when I took the car to Lexus dealer - they did NOTHING to make it right!! They actually stopped answering my calls! STAY AWAY!!

Small shop with an array of used cars.

Small shop with an array of used cars. No service center on site - works with a third party service center which is not ideal. The purchase went smooth and follow up items were resolved post purchase.

Let’s see!

Horrible, how are they allowed to do business anywhere in the United States! Unscrupulous dogs of the used car business they are, they actually try to get you to sign a document saying that if there is ever a dispute between you and them it has to be settled in an arbitrary hearing, you can’t take them to court! They spring this on you when you’re signing the final documents, be very careful if you foolishly decide to do business with them. I’m pretty sure after this review They’ll either reword that “ arbitration agreement” or remove it from the pieces of paperwork that customers have to sign while in the financing part of the process! Countdown begins now in 10, 9

Not sure I would call this a luxury dealership.

Not sure I would call this a luxury dealership. Purchased a car from there in November and they were supposed to order me a no-drill front license plate bracket since it is legally required in Iowa. They ordered one for the wrong vehicle and have now been arguing with me since the first week of April that they are only going to send me one that drills into my bumper. Yet when I returned the incorrect one, they stated very clearly that they were going to order the correct no-drill bracket that I had requested. “Just send that one back and we’ll get that one you sent us the link for ordered.” 6 weeks later, here we are. Don’t think I would purchase a car from a “Luxury Dealership” that argues for months over an $80 license plate frame lmao

Charge over sticker, no response, terrible service

Not sure where I should start on this one. Overall terrible experience. Did a remote sale after finding the car listed on Manheim. The salesperson, Mike, never responded and process took a month what could have been a week at most. The dealership charged $1995 over the sticker as a dealer prep when car was not even detailed. Had to replace breaks, do an oil change, and put a whole new suspension the first week of purchase. Asked to transfer my old plates, they even messed that up for me then I had to go the DMV myself and pay extra to transfer my plates when I had already paid them for registration.

Friendly staff but,did not answer emails on a timely basis. They did answer questions specifically about the vehicle I was interested in. This is the dealership I hope to make a purchase from.
