Decided not to follow up when noticed wheel cover was changed in one picture versus another.

Nobody from the dealer ever got back to me after I sent emails about the car I was looking to buy smh

The dealer has a large selection of cars and they are very friendly and personable, however, it is not a large selection of cars that are in good condition. The majority of the cars have major defects that are only visible when you visit in person.

Dealer was very freindly and very flexible with mg request to take the car to a mechanic for an inspection prior to Purchasing. He allowed me fo test drive it on my own which made the test drive feel much better. Car was in clean condition and dealer had it priced under market value even after dealer fees. Dealer was very upfront and transparent answering all my questions and did not pressure me in anyway. Would highly recommend this dealership. It was the first time Ive ever bougjt from a dealer and Im glad I did.

In 2015 i brought an suv from metro .on feb 20 2020 i brought my second suv from Rich he let us take a test drive and new on the spot we wanted it .Rich took is time with us .and it was a great time just a gentleman all around .I will come back to him any time we are very pleased.and to top it off he took are suv and filled the tank .Thank you again Rich k.k.

I bought a WV Rabbit from Metro. Richard was good in getting the deal. Overall had a good experience and , so far happy with the purchase.

My husband did all yhe work in finding this beauty and the actual transaction to drive away in it was simple. Everything Rich promised was valid. The car was clean and drove smooth. A former customer stopped in and o her way out said that she gave her stamp of approval for Rich and his business.

I found this dealership while out looking on St George Ave for a good deal on a car. I found the vehicle I was looking for... it had leather seats, Bose system, everything I wanted in a Nissan Rogue. This was the last car I wanted. I called on Fri around 4 n told them I was coming with a mechanic to check the car out. I was told that was fine n they'd see me the next day... I showed up with my mechanic Saturday morning n OF COURSE the car was sold... I'm almost 40 n wanted to cry like a newborn baby!!!! Rich looked on the computer n found n went to pick up 1 he had in storage!!! Talk about being happy!!! He even worked with me a little on the price, gave me a number to a place rt up the road that offered insurance, did all the work he said he'd do to get the car ready for me, and EVEN picked me up when my car was ready!!!! This was my first car buying experience... from what I have heard I was nervous... METRO AUTO is DEFINITELY the place to get a GREAT car at a FAIR price!!!

I was looking for this exact car for my daughter. This was the only dealership that had one. I was a little concerned buying from a little car dealer, but the experience was great. No hassle and they stood behind the car. It failed inspection due to the lights being to hazy. They told me to bring it in and they fixed it an hour without any hassle. They look brand new now.
