It doesn't seem that the dealership knows what one
It doesn't seem that the dealership knows what one another is doing. I've been contacted by different people, and each of them don't seem to know that other ones are contacting me too. It is confusing for me, and there should just be one contact for a cleaner connection, and reducing wasted time with multiple people. They didn't seem to figure out a way to help me, due to my living a distance away, and only seemed to feel comfortable with someone "local" driving into their lot, not making arrangements or pricing, for a purchase over a 100 miles away...

I was charged over $100 for just an oil change.
I was charged over $100 for just an oil change. Wisconsin statutes say where no price is agreed in advance, then only a "reasonable" charge can apply. I searched online for Stevens Point. It says $35 to $50 is reasonable. $50 is fair for synthetic. Above that is probably unlawful. I will not again get service from a place that charges beyond a lawful rate. I tried to decline the service - even when the app showed no work had been done - but was informed I could not decline work previously requested. Van Horn - you make an impression. Not happy.
