I noticed my brakes grinding while driving through

I noticed my brakes grinding while driving through Seattle. I was worried about making it home. I drove straight to Marysville Toyota service center. I told the service people that I think my brakes are bad and the car is not safe to drive. That was at 2 pm at about 5 15 pm I received a call letting me know the car was ready. Front and back brakes were gone medal in metal. The service is and was above ALL expectations. That is called super service!!! Great, Great people. Friendly, professional what more can anyone ask for!!!!

The expedient service was great.

The expedient service was great. The whole experience was good, but be sure and get all your price quotes in writing and make sure they charge you the correct price for any advertised or emailed specials.

Inexperienced workers.

Inexperienced workers. First they forgot to secure my oil tank, take car to see if there was any leak, no leak but they said that the oil tank was not properly secured. Then they return my car without bolting the cap that cover the cars underneath. I was driving and hearing a strange noise, to my surprise they didnot put it in place. I think Toyota has a lack of bolts they keep taking my stuff And then tells me there is problem in my car which they cannot diagnose. But their servicing fee keep going up.

I called Everett Rodland Toyota 6 times over a half hour.

I called Everett Rodland Toyota 6 times over a half hour. No answer. I called Marysville up, they answered, and the appt setup took 2 minutes.

Great communication by Dominic throughout the purchasing

Great communication by Dominic throughout the purchasing process. Although the dealership was very busy the day we went in to pick up the car, Dominic consistently checked in on us and did all he could to move our process along. His customer service was outstanding!

Kesley was excellent, she was friendly and helpful,

Kesley was excellent, she was friendly and helpful, worked to find me the car I wanted and when the color option was not available worked to find my second choice, I really appreciate everything she did. I have never been someone who enjoyed negotiating so personally I like the one price statement.

They were very responsive and informative and

They were very responsive and informative and understanding to my current vehicle search needs. I did not feel too rushed or pressured. It seems like a good dealership to do business with. I did not purchase from there (yet) as it is a very long drive & my needs have changed a bit.
