Great service

The service team is always freindly and honest. I enjoy dealing with them even though i never know when im going to have some time off work so i show up with no appointment. They always manage to get me in without having to wait an outrageously long time to have my vehicle serviced.

Explanation of what you what is needed.

Treated with respect and a valued customer. Didn’t like wearing a mask indoors. Enjoyed being on the Internet while waiting for my car to be repaired.

Welcoming!

Incredible knowledgeable service

Clean facilities and wide spaces

Staffs are accommodating, store looks clean and presentable, buyers will not get hungry because there are goodies. Nice and wide spaces looks great in the eye of the buyers.

Clear Communication and Friendly Service

Kesley was very kind every time that I comminuted with her and made the entire experience of buying my Tacoma very pleasant. I was out of state until the day that I physically picked up the vehicle so the entire process was done virtually and Kesley made sure to communicate to me regularly on the status of my Tacoma from the time I put the deposit down to the day I picked it up. I especially liked that she sent me a video on the day it arrived to the lot because that gave me something to look forward to for the last two weeks I was away. Also, Kesley helped me set up the app and made sure I knew how to use the features of my truck before I pulled out of the lot.
