I had such an amazing experience with buying from Madison ford my sales guy was Mr Johnny and I can tell you he was very pleasant and really felt like... family they have a wonderful team that helps In anyway they can and makes you feel Important will buy from them Again
We had a fantastic experience at Madison Ford!!! Billy went above and beyond in many areas. He made himself available, answered all kinds of questions,... and took extra care with every part. There was nothing smarmy or "car sales-manish" about him at all... just a good guy helping us out. My husband and I were both so grateful for that. Jonathan was also amazing. He answered tons of questions about financing without ever seeming inconvenienced or annoyed... and I ask A LOT of questions. We can't say enough good things about our experience. Oh, and we got a beautiful vehicle at a price that was UNBEATABLE! I'm hoping we won't find ourselves in this position again anytime soon, but if we do... I would look to Billy at Madison Ford.
Quick and friendly service! Came in for the works package, I got in and out in under 30 minutes. Girl at the counter was very smiley and happy also.

The service is suffering after the transition to Madison Ford. I went in for The Works service package. They didn't rotate the tires and my tire pressure... warning came on on the way home! What other short cuts did they make that is not obvious. I took it back for the rotation and the same two tires were on the same side of the car. Service manager said they don't do the crossing pattern. WHAT? It's in the owner's manual!
