Found our buying experience was the poorest we have ever found. In spite of apologies from out salesman, Jean, acknowledging his many mistakes we made... an offer on a car only to fine the dealer salesman forgot to check if the car was still available. We were assured it was, but that someone was signing an agreement at exactly the moment we placed our cc information. It sounded like a buyer in the wings. Very disappointing experience.

Made an appointment passing through with service here for my X5 to do a simple recalibration of front cameras and showed up to a very small service department... acting like I was inconveniencing them since they were so backed up. Weird set up here off Route 9 with a tiny dealership and an irregularly set up service department with 3 short bays. Service Manager addressed my need for recalibration and said it was not an easy fix and to make an appointment a week or so out? Outrageous and sent me on my way with a hand shake and smile. I've been treated better at a Honda dealership and was shocked that a so called BMW dealership would treat its customers this way. Never again will I try this place out for service or even sales if this is how they treat one of their own!

We are 1st time buyers and this was a very pleasant experience at BMW of Shrewsbury. Ryan Marcello was extremely knowledgeable, very responsive and... extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I'm looking forward to the next time.

Very poor experience. Called in on a Sunday to make sure the 7 series I was interested in was available. I was told by Michael that it was. I told him... that I would be there in an hour to test drive. He said no problem and that he will have it waiting out front for me. Upon arrival I was informed that someone else was currently test driving the car. Waited around 20 min to find out that the car is being sold to that person. The manager called it a slight bump. That's not how it felt to me. I drove an hour for nothing. I assumed that the car was being held for me. Not the case. I guess all this dealership cares about is making a sale. To top it off he said I could wait some more to see if the deal actually goes through. As if my time wasn't already being wasted enough. Completely unprofessional.

We recently purchased a used non-BMW vehicle from the dealership. The price was very good. Our sales person was less than enthusiastic. I didn't expect... him to know about all of the features and functions of a non-BMW vehicle, but I thought he might attempt find some of the answers. Once we agreed on a price and trade. The purchase was going to be a cash transaction. We waited for almost forty minutes to see the business/finance person to complete the paperwork. Our sales person explained that the delay was due to computer problems. We arranged to pick up the vehicle three days later. We were told that the vehicle would be ready, we would be able to drop off our check and go. We arrived to pick up our new vehicle at an agreed time. When we arrived our sales person went over the final numbers and put the license plates on the car. We then waited for another thirty minutes for the finance person. The dealership was nice, the staff was friendly, we got a fair deal on a good car.

If I could give Kenny from sales a 10* rating I would. He is so easy to talk to and so knowledgeable about BMW general. I went in for my genius meeting... today and he was great. I wish everyone would ask for Kenny when looking for a BMW. He will not disappoint!

These guys and gals love cars and love their jobs and it shows. Kenny, a client advisor was awesome--knew more about cars than anyone at any other dealership.... Phil in finance was incredibly professional but also extremely friendly and gave great advice. Mark priced the car out perfectly and genuinely seemed happy for me, the buyer. Michael, the sales manager and Mike in sales are two guys I could hang out with. Great experience! Can't wait to buy an M4 here :-) M2 is by far the best vehicle I've driven.

I have been shopping around for a car for almost a year. Wagner BMW of Shrewsbury is the best dealership of all the others I've traveled to! Not only did... they have a wide variety of cars to choose from but I found a car and got approved for a finance through their banks in less than half an hour! They got me a great deal and less than 2 hours later all the paperwork was signed and I went home with a beautiful BMW! I'm so happy I found them! All the staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful especially Ryan Marcello who sold me my car! I would highly recommend this dealership! Don't waste time and get down there!

I usually utilize a different dealership because I work in a different state, but I have to say my recent visit to Wagner's service department has forced... me to reconsider. My service advisor, Hank S, was outstanding, very informative and quick to proactively update and respond to any inquiries I had. Excellent experience. Charlie

When I went to BMW in Shrewsbury, it was my first time buying from a dealership. I know I asked a lot of questions and Ryan Marcello was more than helpful.... I have already recommended two friends of mine shopping for vehicles to this particular dealership. Shopping for a car is difficult in itself, and if the customer service is terrible, that is all you will remember. Ryan did a great job going above and beyond to work with me on buying my first car. They now have a customer for life.
