I was in for a minor recall fix.

I was in for a minor recall fix. I scheduled first thing in the morning and got right in. I appreciate the drive-in service check in as it was raining pretty hard that day. I was in and out in about an hour.

This dealership is minutes from my home making it very convenient for service. After owning Subarus for years, this is my first Toyota and I am very pleased with the professionalism of the Cochran service team. On this particular occasion, I was pleased to get a service appointment on the same day I called to explain the issue.

Kim Irvine was very accommodating and professional.

Kim Irvine was very accommodating and professional. She explained to me all what is needed for my daughter’s car. Some of the other advisors in this particular branch is not very helpful and friendly.

The last two visits to the service department for oil

The last two visits to the service department for oil change only. Each visit took over one and a half hours. The appointments were scheduled for 730 and 8am on different dates. Waited for both. I think those were excessive wait times for scheduled appointments early in the day!
