This dealership needs to listen to the customer and do only what customer tells them to do.They try to get additional work to run bill up thousands of dollars.Their parts department can't find a simple bolt that fastens bed of truck on frame.The Harrisburg dealership found bolt quickly.We need employees that know what they are doing.

I really appreciate the customer service I’ve always got at Nissan and how they’ve gone out of their way to make me feel important while I was there.

Had to wait 80 minutes until my oil change was even
Had to wait 80 minutes until my oil change was even started on my vehicle. Not sure why they would have me make an appointment for 12 noon when they couldn’t even work on my vehicle until 1:20. I don’t think Ill be returning anymore.

Had an appointment to see a pathfinder that they had
Had an appointment to see a pathfinder that they had already sold & did not let me know. I was going to look at a treverse next door at Volkswagen, so Jake went & brought it over. I loved it. We did our negotiating & when it was all said & done they tell me they don't have the title it's in another state & I would have to wait for it. I waited 4 weeks. Scheduled to do all the paperwork @ 12:30 on a Saturday & we finally got started at 3:00. To say the least we were not happy. I do have to say Jake kept apologizing & Kami did her best to make up for our wait.

I have been using Faulkner Nissan of Mechanicsburg to service my 2018 Armada for the past two years. I usually never care for most dealers' service departments. This one is an exception. The attitude is always friendly and the results are always positive. I never feel I am pressured to do any particular service, though they are conscientious about letting me know what service might be appropriate or coming due. One stand-out service I should mention. I researched for six months to find the right replacement tires I wanted to put on my car. I figured I could get a better deal buying online and then going to a garage somewhere for installation. I was wrong. Faulkner was able to get the tires I wanted and installed them for almost $100 less than I was able to do elsewhere. Amazing to find something where a dealer was cheaper! A final note. Because I was so pleased with my experience, my wife, who desperately needed to replace her car, decided to lease her new 2025 Pathfinder from Faulkner.
