I had the best experience with Alexa Weinert at this...

I had the best experience with Alexa Weinert at this dealership. I work a ton of hours and she was able to work with me on every single issue I had and worked around my schedule. Such a fantastic process and I was in and out of there so quickly, they had everything done before I had even arrived. Super honest people and very trustworthy, being in sales myself I appreciate these type of people/dealerships. I will be recommending anyone looking for a new vehicle to at least talk to Alexa-- such a sweet lady, whom listened to everything I said and followed up when she said she would. No complaints at all whatsoever will be going back if I ever decide to trade this beauty in.

Great Experience

Relaxed experience

Sales department was very accommodating. I made it clear I was in the test drive mode, no pressure from anyone to buy now. Ended up coming back and buying. Everyone was friendly and respectful.

I was ready to lease a new Silverado, the salesman I delt with failed to stay in touch with me. I gave him a day and half to get back with me on a truck. Nothing from him. I went to a different Chevrolet dealer and drove one home the same day. Very disappointed!!! Will never return for service on a previous purchased 2017 traverse. And will never recommend this dealership to anyone I know that is in the market for a vehicle. Rating 0 👎👎👎👎

First online experience. Out of all the dealerships I've ever dealt with Jen and the team here were the best ever. No surprises I drove 2 hrs for my truck and everything was ready to go when I got there in and out within a hr. Thank you so much Jen Waters for the great first experience with your team.

Best Car Buying I Personally Have Ever Experienced.

This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle...I worked with Kyler Hapeman to buy this vehicle and he was awesome to work with very attentive to detail and clearly explained everything about the process... He told me exactly what he would do and then did just that!...This included taking my existing vehicle as a trade in, and then he had Jason handle the financing, and he was amazing as well ... He was able to get me a better rate then my own bank, and was even able to include a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty on top of everything... They delivered the vehicle to my driveway freshly washed, and exactly as it was represented on their website... Then took my vehicle as a trade from my driveway...All this, and I never left my couch... It was amazing!... I spoke initially with Kyler on a Monday and three days later the vehicle was in my driveway sparkling like a diamond...What a wonderful experience ... I will use Kyler again in the future and "Highly Recommend" him and his team to anyone and everyone... Did I mention his dealership "Bidleman Chevrolet Buick GMC" is NY State and I am in Michigan... I Love my New Vehicle and I am very Thankful and Appreciative for Kyler Hapeman and his dealership...Dale T.

We purchased a truck at the end of April 2020. Thing went...

We purchased a truck at the end of April 2020. Thing went fairly smoothly. Until the day the truck was supposed to be delivered. It didn’t show after making arrangements to be home. We spoke to the dealership and it came the next day. The irritation was that they knew it hadn’t even been picked up by the time we should have received delivery. We should have been contacted. We live in CT. It’s a pandemic and my husband and I are both in healthcare. At the time there was a travel ban for my job. I work as a nurse in a pcu turned Covid unit. Now we have had this truck for two month and were just able to get it registered, that was a pandemic related issue. The dealer sent the paperwork to CT dmv via US mail. I was told the registration was rolled into the financing. I even received a check back for $67 the memo said it was for over payment for registration. So it was a surprise when it cost an additional $350 for registration. Now that we can actually drive it the we have discovered that the truck needs brakes. We contacted the dealer and they said just drive it that will wear off. But it actually needs brakes. I think it’s actually illegal to sell a vehicle with bad brakes. Biddleman made it clear they weren’t helping with the brake situation. We brought the vehicle to a local dealership the rotors are corroded and pitted beyond repair. In addition the bolts on the manifold need to be replaced because some are missing there is an exhaust leak. The ac began pumping only hot air. The ac compressor needs to be replaced. The high this week (7/21/20) is 105. We spent upwards of 32k and now have to dump more money into this vehicle. They took full advantage of the long distance purchase. It’s absolute negligence if someone drove/checked that vehicle and said there was nothing wrong with those brakes. It comes down to the safety of my husband and daughters and that was put in Jeopardy.

Really nice people

Bought my new GMC Canyon by phone. A first for me. Justin and Brittany were great as was the young man who got my GMC ready. Drove 75 miles and saved just over $1000 on the deal. Well worth the trip and a nice vehicle to boot.
