I Brought My 2017 Nissan Altima in for a TCM program
I Brought My 2017 Nissan Altima in for a TCM program after the Transmission Valve Body was replaced, I Dropped it of one day and picked it up the Next Day . I Paid the $150 for nothing, but anyways I’d started home and within 5 miles from the Dealership my car starting messing up again, So I turned around and went back, I told them what it was doing, I was told that the Transmission was bad , I told them that it was in worse shape now than it was when I brought it in to be fixed, I told the Parts/service manager that I believed the TCM wasn’t programmed right but instead of offering to recheck it he wanted to argue about it saying his tec guy had done it right so I told him people make mistakes, He went on to Argue it’s done right, Well he stuck some kind of thing to it and said it was done right. Well I left with respect going slow through the parking lot but when I left it wouldn’t shift out of 1st gear , had to take battery cables off 3 times to finally get it going, So around 20 miles from the dealership it breaks down, When I scanned the car it said it was stuck in 6th gear and had lost communication with the TCM , Which now grant it I’d just left there with the TCM being programmed, Seems like something happened with the dealership programming the TCM , Paid $600 for a valve body I didn’t need and $150 for a TCM programming that lost communication with the TCM when I left , I maybe wrong but the TCM programming they done really sucks , So I’m out all that money for a car that was in worst shape leaving there than when it went there, I’ll Never do Business with this Dealership again, The service / parts manager is one that must need more training, Instead of trying to fix the problem he was the problem, myself I could’ve done better than that, This is the far worse Dealership I have every dealt with , I Really hope this guy doesn’t do others like he treated me in front of his coworkers, After he kept on yes I did get very upset and really pissed off He is not Customer Service Material

OUR BEST EXPERIENCE EVER @ BUYING A VEHICLE
We have purchased several vehicles during our 56 years of marriage, but we must say that the recent purchase of a 2023 Nissan Rogue at Don Franklin Nissan in Somerset, KY, has been our BEST EXPERIENCE of buying a vehicle. Cody is a great salesman. We explained to him what we were shopping for, and he proceeded to show us vehicles that would meet our needs. He did not pressure us at all; he treated us with patience, kindness and respect. He conducted himself in a very professional manner. He showed us around the dealership and introduced us to many workers, who were also hospitable. Cody was extremely helpful to explain the features on our new vehicle with which we were unfamiliar. We strongly recommend that you ask for Cody when you shop for your next vehicle at Don Franklin Nissan Somerset. We are very satisfied with our experience!

Alex a Seth were great sales team . My fiancée an I walked to the dealership an my fiancée was looking for a mustang . They helped him with several they had to choose from . They set with us a they made happen for the programs they to offer . He is disabled a was looking for a car with money a they made for him . Couldn’t be any happier. Great Customer Service & Best deals
My husband and I stopped about closing to check out their pathfinders. We asked to see Cody upon recommendation from a sales man at Don F. Kia. Cody had a great personality, was Informative about vehicles available. He explained all details in depth, we test drove. At this point we were after hours, but he insisted he was happy to stay on to help us. Cody enlisted Dawson to assist us in trade in and getting us the best price for our deal. They both went the extra mile, we left the lot about 9ish pm in our new Pathfinder. They are the best at customer service- insisted on washing the Pathfinder at 9 pm.. Thanks to both of you!!!

Bad service
Took my car in on June 30 2022 for a tire losing air.. I told the service guy it was the right rear tire..They took the left tire off and showed me there was a razor blade in it I call bull crap that was a good tire so now I'm using my spare on the left and have to deal with putting air in the right tire they never checked.. My husband went back and talked to the service manager with nothing being done.. The manager told my husband he saw the blade in the left tire he said bull s...t.. So now I have to buy 2 new tires instead of one apparently they can't tell tell left from right.. They lost our business and I will be telling friends and family about the bad business...
