First, they contacted me and wanted me to contact them regarding the vehicle instead of asking the simple question that I had posted on cars.com. When I replied to them asking them if they were going to answer my question they said they would send the pictures I requested but needed my cell phone number to text them to me. I replied and said I wanted them to email them to me and provided my email address and never heard a thing back from them. It did not provide the pictures I asked for. Very poor customer service

This company customer service is terrible but not only
This company customer service is terrible but not only that they are scammers. They get you in by displaying a good car and a low price then they lie. The allowed us to get all the way to signing the contract but kept saying this is a really good deal we are losing. Then they tried to up the price. Once they kept doing that at the very end they say we can’t sell it to you at this price we are waiting on a rebate. Something we have never in all my years of buying a car heard of but they ran credit, got us all the way to the end for them to get to the point to take our money and for them to say we can’t sell you the car. Unless you pay $1,400 more. Which isn’t what we agreed on.

If I could leave below 1 star, I would. I purchased a used Lexus from YC auto group in Pittsburg. I was trying to support a local business. Well.. first of all, the transmission went out after only 2 months! The extended warranty that I also purchased through them because I was told it had “bumper to bumper coverage”, “all the bells and whistles” and “would cover anything that went wrong with the car” actually covered NOTHING!! They only covered certain parts and just so happens the part that went out ( which was a common part) was not on their list of covered parts. YC auto group has no integrity and they even told me I should get a refund back for the warranty that THEY sold me because it was no good. Their suggestion is that I ask the warranty to refund my money for the purchase of their warranty and use it towards the transmission of the LEMON they sold me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS THERE! THEY CARE NOTHING ABOUT THE QUALITY OF CARS THEY PUT ON THEIR LOT.
