I had the worst experience yesterday; I drove 2 hours to

I had the worst experience yesterday; I drove 2 hours to get a car I did not go to waste any one's time it was the car I wanted I was pretty sure we would be leaving with this car. Check engine light was on when we asked they said "maybe just a sensor either way truck is new and has warranty we can give you a really stupid deal"..so we proceeded, I guess I should of just stopped there and left but I did drive 2 hours let's just see how the rest of the night goes. MANGER never came out to introduce himself never even got his name, never came out to congratulate. You can clearly see him through his office window but he had zero effort in anything which a manger is supposed to come out and encourage you. I let my excitement get the best of me unfortunately and I went blind with any other questions I had in my head; I was excited I was there for about 3-4 hours waiting our turn which is normal and expected. NO one came out to talk to us about ANYTHING explain ANYTHING, offer anything with that alone I should have just walked out. I was being taken advantage of for being a woman and not knowing anything about buying a car, dealerships do that its fine but again I was clearly too excited. It was finally our turn to start signing at 8:30pm (keep in mind we are all tired including me and my kids and sales, manager, finance guy) completely understandable we got to page 1 and I had questions the Finance guy prior to this said " I am ready to go home, let's get this done fast" Putting pressure on me and rushing to sign hoping I had no questions but I am signing off on a $80k car not including the interest so OF COURSE I have to make sure and ask questions well he was not happy and not helpful in answering questions "he got up and said I thought this was a done deal and went to look for the manager" Manager IMMEDIATELY got mad and RAISED his voice at me in front of my kids. He could and SHOULD have been proactive in those hours I was waiting and said "hey let me help finance its late let's make sure this deal closes correctly. This is your interest rate...this is your bank...are you ok with all this?" NOO Instead he thought it would be ok to YELL at me I am not over exaggerating YELLED in a loud man voice in MY FACE in front of my kids they were crying this was a VERY scary situation for the,. I was still not even rude I said ok I get everyone wants to leave but you have no right in yelling and he still proceeded with yelling at me and that was when I said "DEAL is off now" I had taken my things out my trade in and earlier they offered me a bucket to put my belongings in I was out side with the bucket and he RUSHED out and yelled for his bucket I dumped my belongings on the floor outside with my kids ay 9pm in the dark and gave him his bucket.....how is this ok??? This manager is the worst kind of person who took this situation way out of control, he needs serious help and should not be in charge of customer service.. I got in my car obviously furious and cried my kids were scared more than anything there were children involved how can you treat someone like that when no one was raising there voice nor being rude, how do you immediately go into yelling at someone. I am so upset, I even said I can come back tomorrow and finish the deal (I was willing to drive again 2 hours) it was late I understand I want to make sure my questions were answered maybe I wanted extras maybe I did not I wanted the opportunity to go through that and I did not want to be pressured to just sign. The vehicle was a $80k brand new car! I want to make sure this issue is looked into by corporate I as a woman with little kids we should not have been treated that way in any manner. Mangers name is Josh DeVriend, Finance name was Tyler Dilts this was on 8/20/2024 around 8:30pm-9pm. I am adding as many details so no one goes through that.

Horrible service

horrible service experience. Had truck for 24 days at this time. So i bout a truck for $26,000 front end was shaking going 70mph to 80mph i was told to bring it in for service to check it out. On window sticker it states nothing wrong with truck. also flex pipe broken on exhaust. i called service department to set up at time to fix these problems. 0n 3rd day of ownership. was able to set a time 21 days later.[service department would not work with my work schedule] was told to drop truck off on 27th at 7:30am. [ was told just bring it in] Almost 8hrs. later i had to call up there to check on truck. Nothings has been done. By then they close at 4 something i needed truck for work the next day. finally i got a call telling me how far they gotten. 9hrs and not far. the guy from service said i owe them $213 or i can't get my truck back. and its close to closing time for them. I have ask why they said for dynastic i was charge with 2 different dynastics one for shaken in front end another for exhaust told the guy i was told [just bring it in] nothing about fees. there was nothing they could do i was told. does not seem right to me. so i payed for the truck back and only received one of the two dynastic compeleted. i ask about the warranties and coverage got nothing back in respoonse. End result. nothing been done and I'm out $213 that i was supposed to take my kids to the county far with.

Lynch in West Bend, WI needs a lesson in customer

Lynch in West Bend, WI needs a lesson in customer service-they are liable for breaking something on my truck while repairing another part. They are not covering it claiming “it was documented” broken prior to well now I’m “documenting” your maybe $100 dispute will hopefully cost you thousands if not more in lost customers!

I never thought I would ever be leaving a positive review

I never thought I would ever be leaving a positive review for a “car dealership” in entire my life; especially with all of the bad experiences I have recently had with other dealerships (I honestly thought the days of the “honest salesman” were long gone). But I mistaken. The ENTIRE team at Lynch Buick GMC there in West Bend WI made my new vehicle buying experience one that I can honestly say was not only memorable, but one I will never forget. From Becky who was my initial exposure and liaison to the dealership and who led me through this entire buying process, to Alex, the most amazing salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with, to then his boss Tom who went WAY above and beyond for me in every way imaginable, to then Patti (who happens to be the most amazing financing genius there ever was), and then to the amazing young man, Colin, who drove an hour (each way) to come pick me up from the airport and then drive me all the way back to the dealership. And really to the entire crew who went SO far out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of and made to feel like “I” was special and that my sale was just as important to me as it was to them. Highly Recommend would be an understatement. Thank you all so much!!

Purchased a used vehicle from Andrew Witte in May 2022

Purchased a used vehicle from Andrew Witte in May 2022 from out of state. Flew to Milwaukee to pick it up and was met by a representative at the airport and taken to the dealership, about 45 minutes away. As we pulled up, I saw the car front and center in the lot with a large sign in the windshield congratulating me. Made me feel very special. Taking the car for a test drive revealed that the AC was inoperable. Andrew had the service department take a look while we filled out the paperwork, but they were not able to resolve it. He wrote a contract(?) saying that the dealership would pay for the repairs wherever I took the car to when I got back home. Andrew and the dealership followed through and I'm happy to say that I have AC now. This was one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a car. Andrew made the process of buying out of state as easy as if I were living in town. Thank you Andrew and Lynch Buick GMC of West Bend!

Exceptional and Stress Free Experience!

The service I received was beyond exceptional! Cody in sales took much time to explain all features my suv held. He thoroughly answered all of my questions and made sure all of my expectations were met. He took the time to interact in a fun and relaxing way with my nephew as we waited for financing. Patty in financing was beyond incredible. She went above and beyond to be sure my budget was met and was very understandable and patient! I could have not asked for a better and stress free experience!!
