Complete scam

Flooded and totaled vehicles bought at auction and made to look alright. The good reviews they get are from their own employees! They sell vehicles before anything pops up on the VIN check and then say they aren't responsible for the vehicle and find ways to cop out of any refund. Scam over anyone who goes through their financing. Not sure how they are still in business! Someone please stop them!

do not trust them

Randy and Zac are not to be trusted. They sold me a flooded vehicle with a clean title and refused to claim any responsibility or offer any help. Sinister and disgusting. Seemed nice, truck seemed clean inside with minor imperfections. Upon further inspection found muddy water and sand under the carpet, in door sills, in the gas tank! Guys like this belong in jail, not in business. This truck had been to their mechanic at least twice by their own admittance. Even if they did not know (which is highly unlikely) still wouldn't offer a finger of help. Your mothers would be ashamed of you Randy and Zac.

Dealer response

This is an old review that was posted and a completely false review. Below is the original reply posted over a year ago: Mike - We would appreciate you telling the whole story and telling it truthfully. The 2007 Toyota Tundra is the vehicle you are referring to and it is not a flood vehicle. You are also demanding a full refund and the title for the vehicle. In other words, you are demanding a free truck and for us to pay you for it. We began communication about the vehicle with you being in Arizona. You requested additional information such as the carfax, pictures, and we even offered to do a video chat with you. We let you know that we needed to take the truck to get the catalytic converters repaired upfront and we were almost in constant communication to ensure when you flew here that it would be ready for you. You flew in, test drove the truck, inspected the truck yourself, refused our offer to have the truck inspected by a local mechanic of your choosing, and purchased the vehicle. When the vehicle left our dealership there were no signs of flood, no signs of damage, and no engine codes/lights at all. We already agreed that your our the door price would be $11,650 but since the we got the truck back right before your arrival and had no chance to ensure there were no issues we took another $250 off as a show of good faith, just in case something did come up. You are claiming that the vehicle is a flood vehicle when it is not. According to CarFax, Autocheck, Manheim Auctions, and every Department of Motor Vehicles. You are not a certified flood damage inspector, automotive adjuster, or certified mechanic to the best of our knowledge so we certainly question what makes you more qualified than any of the aforementioned parties. You claim that there was mud and sand but when the vehicle left here there were none of these things in the truck and it certainly would not drive if that were the case. If you happened to drive through high water on your trip back to that would be in your hands, not ours. We have never seen a vehicle make a 1000+ mile trip without issue having been a flood with water, sand, and dirt in the gas tank, as it would almost immediately clog the fuel filter and stop the truck. With all of this said, we still told you that if you feel and claim that it is flood damage that you need to take it to a certified flood damage inspector. If your claim is found to be true that CarFax would buy buy back the vehicle from you. We even went as far as to contact our CarFax rep and get you a personalized copy of the guarantee. We have made every effort to assist with your unfounded claim and now we are being called disgusting, sinister, and not trustworthy. We will certainly not lower of standards of integrity and respect and lower ourselves to slander and defamation as you have. We can assure you our mothers are very proud of the men we are and how we conduct ourselves. We wish you the best in your unfounded claim and you can reach out anytime during business hours at 972-422-2244 should you need further assistance.
