Needed state inspection within a couple days. Mike in service was super friendly and helpful. Not only did he accommodate my last minute request, he also scheduled my Mom's vehicle in for it's required inspection. Better yet, even scheduled our appointments at specific times allowing us to go get lunch so we didn't have to wait in the waiting room at Straub. To me, that is going above and beyond. Great group of folks working in every department at this dealership!

Many places talk a good game but Straub’s practices it. Second new Ranger I have bought never looked anywhere else. Tip of the hat to Straub’s don’t change what you do.

Excellent Customer Service, working with Doug R. on the sale and paperwork was a breeze. I purchased the vehicle online and flew in to pick it up. Doug picked me up personally from the airport and we finished the paperwork after my full inspection on the car. It was as advertised and the deal was the best in a 5 state area. I forgot to mention that Doug was on vacation but took the time to personally get me and make sure I was satisfied with the transaction even with a series of follow-up phone calls. Great group to work with and will work a reasonable deal with you.

All I can say is that they provided excellent service.
All I can say is that they provided excellent service. I required a state inspection and a refit knowing that I had a couple of problems with the car. They conducted a thorough review and appraisal and resolved ALL the issues. I great service.

Don’t know if problem was with Straub Ford or Cars.
Don’t know if problem was with Straub Ford or Cars.com but the car on cars.com was advertised at msrp and when I contacted Straub they had it priced about 15000 dollars more the salesman said they had no control over what cars.com listed price as should be illegal to advertise a vehicle for sale at one price and jack the price up when the customer is interested very bad business practices at least

Very well pleased.
Service was pleasant and courteous. In and out in good timing. All newly remodeled. Very comfortable waiting area. They changed my oil and oil filter. Changed my air filter. The inspected of my vehicle and washing of my car was free. Car wash was a birthday gift from Straub's. The inspection I was happy to hear was free because I had bought my car from them. I was very well pleased with the over all experience.
