They seemed very nice and friendly. No high pressure tactics one finds at a traditional dealership. Upfront with the issues involving the car. He gave us free reign in test driving the car or telling us where we could go. Also helpful in finding alternative ways in saving money on the car. The only gripe I had was they would not negotiate on the price at all. After picking out the issues with the car, he still would not budge. Thankfully the price being asked was fair so we didn't have a big issue, but still a little disappointing.

Staff is super friendly and honest. I am very happy with my purchase. I was a little nervous making a 3 hour trip to look at a car but I am glad I did. The bmw I purchased was as good as described. They don’t keep a huge inventory but all the vehicles they have are above avenge from rest of market. Which makes sense, owner is more focused on quality than quantity. Will return in future for another vehicle.

Kumar was very helpful and informative in sharing every detail possible through many phone calls, emails and texts. Since I was not able to fly out and make the purchase in person.
