DO NOT BUY HERE

I took my car there for repair Nov 2018 leaking gas line was told car undercarriage was rotten and car not worth fixing. They proceeded to sell me a car cause I needed a vehicle for work. I trusted them to be fair and honest so in a couple days I puck up car asked about registration and title it will come in mail will let you know. Waited thirty days no word made first payment they had never gone to get registration so did that in a couple days and replaced a fuse r for me. In Feb took in for oil change and fuse replace again. They did oil and had to wait for parts store to deliver oil and filter. What garage doesn't keep oil in hand?? Getting suspicious but in. Then the fuse wasn't replaced after I asked . Then may engine light they did eleven hundred in repairs. Took tomavis for alignment. July new muffler system four fifty. Sub battery air filter etc two hundred. Today Oct brakes pad calipers erg valve strut sensors twenty three hundred. Total of court two hundred for a car I paid thirty five hundred for . What a bunch of scamming lieing people!! Do not trust them run fast . They have no credit I found out that's why they have to wait for oil to be delivered. And they moved over night from gene see st to north Syracuse. Knowing that people like myself psy each month at their dealership. They never notified anyone of the move but still expect timely payment.n I'm tempted to never make another payment. They xxxxed up the title no leon hdrt do they can't repo. Its clear title.

This dealership was easy to work with and quick to respond to requests. Their prices were also very fair! I would definitely buy another car from them.

Friendly and helpful

Was just driving past and one of their vehicles caught my eye so I decided to pull in. Was greeted by a salesman who answered all of my questions. We did not end up purchacing a vehicle because the one we liked wasn't stick shift but would recommend the expierence to anyone.

The Devil of Used Car Sales

Slimiest lying salesman named Mike made my experience a total nightmare! BEWARE! Does not respond to questions asked, plays schoolgirl games, agrees to prices then changes his mind within hours, tries to constantly change the price and throw in hidden fees, taxes, lies instantly about conditions of cars, most cars there are beat to crap, will not honor warranties is a given...dirtiest sales tactics in the game. STAY CLEAR! TRUST ME !!!

No integrity

Purchased a car from them recently. After 2 weeks started stalling and not starting. Brought it back to have repaired. They had it for over 2 weeks and never called me back once. No matter how many times I called and left messages. After I got it back it still was not running. Told Mike they owner I wanted my money back and he told me I would have to sue him to get it back. Horrible people with no integrity. Even after promises were made. I'm still paying for a car parked in my driveway and can't use. Go to a real dealership.

2015 f150 ����

I went to go look for a new truck had a few I liked, Mike came out with a big smile and I was impressed he never pushed me to buy just answered every question I had went on a test drive and he showed me a truck that was much more practical and newer great place and the service department is absolutely amazing

Bad Business

I bought a car Ford Fusion 2014 very day I brought the car home I noticed that there was fog lights missing I texted Matt he said he was going to replace it which I have it Text he was ordering the replace piece never got back to me told him there’s something wrong with the brakes never got back to me I text him a couple more times he told me to stop texting him to call the office I did that and no response Had my husband called set Matt no longer works there bed business need to take care of this problem

Hostage

Charged higher price than quoted Work not completed or not done Excuses about why it was taking so long Car not ready for pick up when told it would be. Just paid bill so I could get car back and be done with them Almost impossible to get them on the phone and no one ever returned calls Not treated honestly and lied to Lesson learned
