Our head unit in the 2020 Honda pilot keeps going out and

Our head unit in the 2020 Honda pilot keeps going out and saying MOST communication lost. This is a known issue and has a recall, sadly our VIN isn?t affected. So when we told our service advisor Brian this we hoped it would be the the fix. Instead he went and replaced the entire head unit costing us $3000 and now days later the same issue is still happening. Since then I?ve been trying for a week to contact Brian to setup a meeting to discuss what to do going forward and he hasn?t returned a single call.

10/10 experience. I?ve bought 3 Hondas from Kevin. (Bcz i can never make up my mind as to what kind of car i want. He?s always super helpful & makes the buying process so easy. Gilbert in finance does the best job of making sure i understand EVERYTHING that im signing. & Keo in service is always so great to work with
