Service center associate Braden was very competent, intelligent and considerate. 👍 The technician was thorough and took the time to explain everything he did. Can’t remember his name Greg? Rick? Anyway he was great. 👍

Dealer response

The vehicle that you and your wife purchased passed a safety inspection, including the tires, and a tire warranty was provided during the transaction. We brought the vehicle to you to inspect along with the paperwork and upon your approval, the paperwork was signed. We have tried to have a civil conversation with you after the purchase of the vehicle but will not continue to subject our employees to your verbal abuse. We did not and would not sell an unsafe vehicle.

My experience of purchasing my new Ridgeline Truck was

My experience of purchasing my new Ridgeline Truck was the best because of Travis and the whole team at Brown Honda. Travis kept me informed of tracking down the vehicle and within 2 days I was driving it off the lot. He was professional and patient and was well informed. He answered all my questions and never failef to return my calls. He was a joy to be around. Travis is the best.

Thank you to Travis Baker and team at Brown Honda of San Angelo for a great car buying experience. I expected helping my son with the purchase of his first vehicle to be long and stressful. It was not! Travis was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to get us in the car we wanted, at a cost we were happy with. Most of the process was done by phone/text, which helps when you dont have alot of time to sit at an actual dealership. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I definitely recommend contacting Travis at Brown Honda of San Angelo.

Travis Baker made buying a new Ridgeline so enjoyable even being 1500 miles out of town. He sent pictures and explanations about the truck without any complications. Such a wonderful place to purchase a car! Great fun all along the way!

Travis Baker was a very nice man to work with.

Travis Baker was a very nice man to work with. He was upbeat and very knowledgeable. And he was not pushy and let us take our time. We took multiple test drives and he was friendly through the whole process. If I buy another Honda in the future, I hope I am able to have Travis as the salesman. Great job Travis!

This dealership is awesome!! They have been servicing my 2018 Odyssey for 2 years here and I have had nothing but good expirences. Today we took the plunge and got a 2021 Odyssey in my dream color and the process was absolutely seamless! Our sales guy knew his stuff (Travis) and they got straight to the deal. There isn't a bad employee in this place! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

This dealership is awesome!! They have been servicing my 2018 Odyssey for 2 years here and I have had nothing but good expirences. Service Department

They kept my vehicle for two days. One day just to do A diagnostic test then when I finally called at the end of the day and told me how much it would cost to fix it I told them just to do the oil change in the transmission filter change and ask him could you be sure and get my car out by 12 o’clock Saturday because I was going on a trip and he said no problem but 12 o’clock came and went nobody called and I still haven’t got my vehicle
