Very Helpful

Walked in looking for a specific car I saw online. Was very honest, and took the time to help with a tough situation I was in. Gave valuable suggestions and now driving an awesome car because of it. Great deal, great service. Highly recommend.

It is the little things that make the experience

My truck buying experience at Grieco Dodge in Johnston was not outstanding. The business practices I experienced were frustrating, not clear and questionable. The first issue was I found the truck I wanted on "Auto Trader", made a copy of the paperwork and brought it with me to go for a test drive. I went based on that price. Later I was told that was not the price but that it was 5k more. What? It felt like a bait and switch. Tiffany and Justin tried to explain away the situation and made me feel like I was an idiot for not seeing something that was not written or explained well. Eventually they agreed to honor the price but I feel many people would have walked away. The next issue was the payment plan that was presented to me had a 16% interest rate. Who pays that? I have perfect credit and that was a slap in the face. How many people are paying that ridiculous rate or walked away as Justin described this as a fair rate. Eventually the finance department presented a reasonable number and we did finance with them but the process from start to finish was not enjoyable. The thing that tipped the scale for me was when I picked up my truck it only had a half tank of gas in it and a scuff mark down the passenger side as well as two nicks in the paint on the rear passenger door I was told that only new trucks get a full tank, used get half. To me this truck was new. This policy again made me feel like I chose the wrong dealer. Nobody knew how the truck got damaged but they did take it to the body shop. The scuff marks were sort of buffed out but the two nicks were still there. I had not place to go at that point so I took the truck home. I don't buy trucks everyday but this experience might make me look elsewhere first except if I have an issue with the truck I will have to go back and that stresses me out wondering what is going to go wrong next. The bright spot in all of this was the salesman James Dyer. On a scale of 1 to 5 I would give him an 11. He was relaxed and beyond helpful in getting me into the truck. He is very knowledgeable and made the test drives great with me then again with my wife. I will be honest and say if he was not as wonderful, respectful and as over the top great as he was I would have just walked away to another dealer. So in spite of it all thank you Mr. Dyer for closing the deal for me.

2018 JL

Easiest and most efficient buying experience in my lifetime. James made ordering my 2018 Wrangler JL from the factory a breeze. This is my 4th Jeep vehicle and I’ve encountered issues in the past with other dealers, but I knew right from the start James would be different. I recommend not only going to Greico for your next vehicle but asking for James to make that purchase happen.

Great service

I have bought many vehicles from Grieco over the years. I must say I keep going back because of the outstanding service. They will do the best to get you into your car of choice at a reasonable price. My sales person, James was marvelous. He knew the product and was so patient with me as we worked through the sale. I bought two Jeeps that day. I highly recommend Grieco Jeep in Johnston. Please see James. He is patient and will do is best to get you into the vehicle. Will come back.

Car made just for me!!

I had been looking for a car that I would be co.pletely satisfied with for about a year. I had done my research and knew I wanted a fiat. I also wanted the car to be a manual as I had driven manual with all my cars. I located my dream car at Grieco in Rhode Island and started the process to become the owner of this vehicle. I emailed the Delmar and immediate received a response. I wasn't able to make it for 2 weeks as I live in NYC. Upon arriving to the dealership after a 3 hour bus ride I was created warmly by Justin and Norman. Norman was my salesman and he ensured all my questions were answered and that everything went smoothly as he knew I had a long commute back. If ever I needed a car again I would be willing to make this long commute to them to receive the service I was provided with during the purchase of my new vehicle.
