I bought a new Challenger from out of state. The car and price was exactly what I expected when I got there. They we're all really friendly people to work with.

I bought my Jeep new in 2008 and have had it serviced at various dealers in North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida. The best service department that I have ever dealt with is Titusville Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Titusville, Florida. They are very trustworthy, they don't try to sell you something that you don't need. When they do tell you that need something repaired you can trust them. I highly recommend this dealership if you live anywhere close to Titusville, Florida or if you are just traveling though and need service or repairs.

I bought a used 2012 Journey from a competitor in the local area. They hid problems, soiled my interior & when I brought the car in for repair the parts weren't there. Titusville Chrysler Jeep & Dodge, listened to my problem, fixed all the issues,even though the car wasn't purchased there! Great Job! Thank you!

I would never us there service department. Took my truck back to them. for shifting problem twice. And yes it was under warranty. They tell me there is no problem but driving it there and home it shifts so hard it will give u whiplash. They told me if I don't like it take it back where I bought it. And also took it there for a steering recall they didn't do that also. There answer to that it wouldn't fit granted this is a safety issue. There technicians can't fix a bicycle don't waste ur time taking ur vehicle hear or buying one

When I walked into the showroom I felt no pressure at all I felt welcome the young man that helped me gave me the best bang for my buck it was a great experience it was awesome

after i was pushed into a vehicle i didnt even want signed the contract, traded vehicle in and put money down week later i recieve a call to return the vehicle now they wont give me my money back and they didnt even put my vehicle back into my name. worst place in the world to buy also they are now claiming i didnt give the spare key back

Everyone we met and dealt with today was friendly and courteous. No hard pressure sales, worked with us thru the sale and paperwork in a smooth efficent manner. Have always dealt with an out of town dealership..but will return here from now on.

The best experience I have ever had with a dealership. My husband and I went to 4 different dealerships in Titusville looking for a new car. This was the first. Aaron was our first contact, he was extremely helpful and very nice. We found a SUV there that we liked but I had 3 others that I wanted to check out at other dealerships. That turned out to be a nightmare. Our experience at Pat Nisson was terrible. Sales guy was nice but the project manager was so pushy and rude we went back to Titusville Chrysler Jeep. Aaron and Ronnie were excellent in answering all of our questions about the SUV. Their project manager Tyler was very nice and negotiated a great price for the SUV and was never pushy or rude at all. We had already pre-approved financing but Tedd helped us get a better rate with another finance company. We are very happy with our Jeep Cherokee and would strongly recommend anyone looking to buy a great car with an excellent experience to go there.

Luke always works with us and does the best he can. I recommend not driving around because we have the best car dealership right in town! It was My first time here My hubby A.J bought our car here and we love it...Side note Luke looks like the new Sherlock Benedict Cumberbatch... Just saying ;) I also recommend Jarrell Mcgee He is very laid back not pushy and made me feel comfy. TY guys and Gals you rock
